Talbot Family Funeral Homes

My mother, and her side of the family are from Alma. And when my uncle, her brother, recently passed away he wished to be buried in Alma and to have a service there. I had to make arrangements remotely from California with Talbot Family Funeral Home.

I want to thank Rob and the rest of the staff there because they were a huge help in organizing everything. I was a bit nervous flying out there, because I had never gone through this process before and because I had to arrange everything site unseen, but once we got in and met with Rob Talbot everything was arranged and beyond expectation. He really took great care of us and everyone that attended. And he treated us with great care and understanding.

Our service even ran a bit later than we expected, and even though Rob had other appointments to deal with he never rushed us or made us feel like we needed to hurry. He simply took care of things behind the scenes, and allowed us all of the time that we needed.

The city of Alma and surrounding areas are lucky to have such a fantastic funeral home with even better people.

Betsey and Robert Talbot are the most humble and upstanding people I know. They are always there when you need them. I personally recommend there services not because they are local, but because of there true character and there work ethic. There isn't a better funeral home out there!

I am truly saddened to see people write horrible reviews of a Funeral Home for Following the law. Mr. Talbot you are a wonderful Funeral Director who cares for his families.

They went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed.

My beautiful mother in laws notarized ....legal...request to have her funeral mass said with the help of Talbots was completely ignored...and Talbots was extremely unprofessional to say the least. She was absolutely in the right frame of mind while making this decision. However...we did honor her wishes WITHOUT her ashes and it was so beautiful. I will never recommend Talbots services.

Rob, you have only done what was in the best interest for you. You were call to come and get my mother by the papers that she had signed with the Minnesota based Hopice Organization. On those paper it stated the she was to be cremated, that Talbot Funeral Home was to take care of her arrangements. Mass at Staint Marys Church and no visitation.
You have not done want my mother's wish were. So why don't you be the Great man the you say you are, and give me my mother remains so I can have Fr. Aruidoss finish. So my mother can rest in pease as she wish.
She want a mass at Staint Marys Church not some place in eagle valley.
DO THE RIGHT THING AND FULL FILL MY MOTHER LAST WISHES

This is the worst funeral home they could not even get my mom's ashes to the church. Even the dead will turn over in the grave
