It's so wonderful to be back at Prevea. I had to leave for 2yrs. Due to insurance network. Everyone is so friendly, happy, efficient, listens, no mistakes, and professional. I truley trust all providers I see.

I just had my annual physical at this Prevea Health Center. The whole process went very well. I am having some difficulty with my insurance provider, and the receptionist took it upon herself to call them while I was standing there to help iron things out so claims could be filed. My doctor took the time to listen to me and provided me with a very thorough exam, which I appreciated. Overall, the day went well and I am glad I chose to see the doctor I did at that Prevea location.

Dr. Schmitz has been and is a truly professional and caring doctor. He has been my primary physician for over 30 years. During this time, his competence, care, and understanding through numerous health challenges have been constant. I cannot express my appreciation for his care and will greatly miss him as he retires. I wish him the very best; he deserves and long and rewarding retirement.

I have been very fortunate to have had numerous quality doctors and nurses over my 30 plus years of using Prevea as my provider. I certainly would add Dr. Trent Auguston to that list. He explains things clearly, is a good listener, makes sure your questions get answered and makes you feel your well being is his top priority.

My last two experiences with Prevea have completely changed my mind about them. I had one bad experience with one person that I wont name, and since then I had to return for a workplace health exam and for an appointment to address some personal health concerns. My recent experiences have been very pleasant and helpful and I will definitely be going back again.

The staff was amazing. The nurse was so warm and kind to me and my baby. Rachel the NP was also amazing! She thoroughly examined my baby and then took the time to educate me on his illness and I left feeling confident in caring for him at home. This has been my best urgent care experience ever!

I have visited Prevea on Voyager Drive several times in the last few years, with each visit presenting new challenges regarding the necessary care. On each of these visits I was cheerfully greeted and was provided the best possible care relative to my medical needs at the time. The staff has always efficiently provided the necessary care to remediate my problems and concerns and has provided the care in a very professional and considerate manner!

Jeffrey is very knowledgeable and thorough. He provides very detailed explanation regarding diagnosis and treatment options.

I left those Appleton-Neenah Physicians behind, if you want to be treated like a patient should be, Prevea Health is where you should go. If you need a pain medicine doctor, DR. Malo is one of the best doctors you can see.

I liked the posting in the lobby so you knew how long were wait was. The staff was pleasant and appeared unhurried and their attention was on you. The doctor listened attentively and answered my questions. A positive experience

I went to Trent, because my now ex CPC was doing nothing for me. She worked for a different hospital system. I’ve been going to her for 20 years and now I see that I should have moved on long before now to someone who will actually help me with my problems instead of just sending me away. Trent sat and listened to what I had to say, and then he told me what he thought was necessary and I agreed with him and he got on the ball and we now have a path that I will take with him to see if I can solve my problem. I’m extremely pleased with my first visit!

The online registration was very easy to fill out ahead of time and it certainly speeds up your appointment time. Dr McDougal is a very caring, kind, and courteous physician. She listens to your concerns. She cares about and for her patients. She only orders tests and procedures if needed. She has a very good bedside manner. I can always relate to a female doctor better than a male doctor. Nothing against male physicians. I hope she never leaves Prevea.

I feel very grateful to have had Gwen Hirner for my personal care provider over these last years! I will miss the level of professionalism and warmth she provides.

The staff, nurses, techs and physicians are professional, but spoke to me with care. They all made eye contact, listened, THEN took down notes. I was and am important to them. Thank you Prevea staff for taking good care of me.
