Convenience store is a bit small, not as much variety as others. But it's adequate for this neighborhood.

Trash cans full and no windshield wiper fluid, not cool. The kid "working" inside is on his phone...

It's not the place, it's the people working. I was working at the east mason store, 3 of them have the boss wrapped around their fingers. I've been trying to get ahold of the boss all day no response. So now they won't like the out come of it or this review. Besides no matter how much you complain about them nothing will ever be done, your just better off not going there. They've been telling customers I quit. Ok then. They keep taking my hours so I had to get a second job! They also like to take advantage of the workers. I've also tried to switch stores nope they won't let me.

Customer service is horrible. I've gotten better customer service at Walmart with one cash register open on a busy Friday/Saturday night.
I've gone in don't receive any customer service but the cashiers continue to keep a conversation while cussing, talking loudly and not work appropriate topics.
Tonight (7/1/2021) not a soul in the place and I wasn't talked to, she was too busy looking outside at a situation with the police. I asked for a pack of cigarettes and I got the loudest inconvenience sigh. I told her thank you I got a grunt, which I replied have a good night and I got a snotty "you too". Cashier's name: Heaven L.
You really need to get people with people skills and a ounce of customers service skills.
