Horrible customer service. They came out to look at our situation and said I would receive a quote within a week. Didn't hear back for 3 weeks so we found another option for our doors and windows. So we went with a new source for the windows and doors afterward we received the quote from J&B. I did however still need new frames and hardware so I thought I would go to them before going elsewhere. However, I was told that he does not and will not help me with acquiring frames for my doors. Because he's to busy to deal with people and used products. On top of that, I was told I wasted his time by having him drive from Bellows Falls to Charlestown to get the information for the quote and then went with another option, even though he was late by 2 weeks from what he said.

If you have storefront doors or windows that need repair do not bother this gentlemen with your business because he is simply to busy to get back to you with a quote in a timely manner and if you are forced to go with another option while waiting for him to get around to your quote then you are just wasting his time and you are a bad person.
