We recently stayed here this past weekend. The owner Paul goes above and beyond, you can see he takes pride in making his guests feel comfortable. He is so accommodating and was always checking on us to make sure everything was good. He recently renovated and everything was perfect. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The main areas were super clean and pristine! The location is so close to Killington. We will definitely come back and stay again! 😊

My wife and I came up for the Presidents’ Day weekend. The entire experience was outstanding. The owner was welcoming and friendly and so was all the staff we met. The rooms were great as well, all new and clean beds were very comfortable. We especially loved how at home they made you feel. We plan on returning in the summer as well. This is an outstanding place to stay in the Killington area close to everything but just far enough away to be relaxing.

We really enjoyed our stay! The owner makes you feel like you are family and provides service that is lacking at many other places. The breakfast was made to order and tasted delicious. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for clean room, in a great location, with hospitality that is unmatched anywhere else I have stayed

Clean updated rooms, excellent location 5 minutes from Killington and unmatched service. The owner truly cares for his guests. He checked in repeatedly to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We got back from dinner one night and he served our family complimentary bowls of ice cream. It was snowing hard one night and he shoveled around our cars. I couldn’t believe it wasn’t more crowded as the location and service were exceptional, and the room rates were lower than most other places in the area.
NOTE - the website says indoor pool but I don’t think that was open so I’d recommend you call ahead if you plan to take advantage of the pool or sauna. Also- I think the website said breakfast buffet but breakfast was made to order.

Stayed here for a weekend ski trip and was incredibly happy with the stay! The rooms were comfortable & clean and the owner was very attentive to all our needs. Very closely located to Killington for skiing and the mountain access road for all dining and nightlife. Would recommend.

Arriving at Grey Bonnet felt like stepping into a rustic ski chalet. The recent renovations make a charming and comfortable atmosphere just minutes away from Killington slopes, bars, and restaurants. The owner pours his genuinely oversized heart into every aspect of the Inn, from the warm reception to incredible breakfast spreads. I would recommend staying here for families and group events or simply come alone for a rejuvenating retreat.

Paul provided amazing hospitality during our stay for the New Year. He always made sure we were comfortable, well fed, and gave us A1 service, no matter the time. The hotel itself was clean & well maintained. Paul made this trip very memorable and we will definitely be returning!

My family and I stayed here on an impromptu ski trip to Killington and what a gem we found. The Grey Bonnet Inn was more than we expected. The facility is fully operational, yet not completely renovated, e.g. the indoor pool is a work in progress, but it has way more than we expected. With about 80 rooms, a full banquet hall, old school game room/arcade, gym, sauna, bar and more to come, it’s built more as a quaint rural wedding venue or corporate retreat locale than simply a ski stay. Paul was wonderful host and as accommodating as I’ve witnessed. This is a place my family and I will definitely return to.

Paul and Charlie were most helpful and even provided some Scandinavian cheese and German bread gratis! The inn is close to the Skyship gondola, Killington village and ski rentals. We were very pleased and the beds had nice comforters. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed while on a ski trip over Presidents Day. Great location, super close to Killington and Pico and all the restaurants along Killington Rd. The hotel has been recently remodeled and all the interior has a clean and modern feel. Enjoyed dinner and drinks onsite a couple of nights. The dining area / common space has great ambiance and is just a cool place to hang after dinner, very accommodating when traveling with a larger group. The owner goes out of his way to make sure your stay is going well and responds to requests immediately. Overall very happy with our stay and will look to book again for another ski trip.

Under new management and couldn’t be better! We arrived late at night to check in but the owner greeted us in the lobby. Everything was beautifully redone and the ambiance was excellent. He checked us in and was so accommodating about everything, even letting us stay late if we needed! He showed us to our rooms and brought us fresh waters. The rooms were clean and updated - with nice patio furniture overlooking the woods. In the morning, we received a very nice complementary light breakfast with a French press, pastries, and the freshest local strawberries! He shared stories of his passion for hospitality and walked us out when we left. Location was excellent and quiet. Will definitely be returning!

It's one of the BEST hotels I stayed this year.

I arrived a little bit but felt welcomed. The owner checked me in and explained everything - lovely dining room, living room and bar! I love the great vibe, warm hospitality and everything. Clean, neat and comfy room. I got everything I needed. Thanks for the strawberries, the yummy breakfast (especially the cheese and fresh coffee).

This hotel is under new ownership. We walked into a beautiful scented lobby with comfortable chairs and a host that was more than accommodating. Our room was comfortable and clean with a nice sized TV and remote control heating and air. There is a lovely lounge with a big screen TV, leather couches, a fireplace and piano. Our breakfasts were delicious with imported cheese, homemade bread, lox, and organic fruit, vegetables, cereal and milk. The owner went out of his way to ensure that we were comfortable and well cared for as well as took an active interest in how I did in my Spartan races. His goal is to create a space that is beautiful and peaceful so his guests can truly relax. We definitely will be going back next year.

Stayed with them for our ski Killington trip. Location is just perfect for the mountain (8 min to the base). Very close to all the restaraunts and all the apres-ski activities. Paul and staff were very helpful and paid attention to all our requests.

The hotel is beautiful and quiet. The new manager meets you at the door and is very accommodating to everyone's needs. Breakfast was served with farm fresh milk, French press coffee, and organic ingredients. The safe was wonderful at making sure everyone was happy and taken care of including my 2 year old. The hotel is currently under new management and headed in a great direction!

Room 308
First and foremost...The Grey Bonnet Inn is an exceptional experience. It not only is a great base for everything Vermont but a great wedding venue option (the grounds are beyond picture worthy)
From the first moment to the last, Paul is a host above the rest. He welcomed and we were at home. The rooms are well stocked. Beds are awesome and sparkling clean. All good quality bath products.
The breakfasts are an experience everyone needs to try. The Farmers or European Breakfast are a must. All healthy, nutritious meals. All with farm fresh veggies and fruits. Cheeses, meats and fresh baked bread.  We had fresh strawberries from Quebec, tasted just as good as our garden grown strawberries! Milk so fresh you can hear it moo (reminded me of fresh milk when I was growing up) no chemicals involved in any item on the menu. Paul has a secret cheese sauce that goes on anything! Yummy! These meals stay with you all day. And the ice cream...tastes like homemade, fresh cream, like my grandma used to make.  I had lemon and my husband had orange/pineapple.
Please give The Grey Bonnet Inn a try, you won't be disappointed.
