I love Joe Hebert at Access Medical. He is so knowledgeable and dedicated. He goes above and beyond with a person’s needs. When he comes in the room you have his undivided attention. He never rushes a patient. I hope the clinic takes good care of him and he stays with access forever…. All of the staff there are so personable. I appreciate them very much!!! Such a great team!!

I like going to Access Medical Clinic. The receptionist is a really sweet lady who always welcomes me with a smile. Joe Hebert is an excellent doctor (APRN). He is very knowledgeable, and he always finds a solution to my medical issues. He makes me feel comfortable, and he is so good at explaining things so that I can understand. A lot of doctors won't take the time to do that!

I had a good visit to the clinic. Dr.Joe is very kind and patient. He did a good job on Monday, he was the only one in the office that day. He Liston why I was there and prescribed just what I needed to get better.

Not only is Dr. Joe and all of his staff amazing with us, but they are like family. I love these guys!

3 of my kids had ear infections & needed to be seen quick! My usual dr was out of town. They got us in the same day. We were in and out in no more than 30 minutes! Staff was friendly!

Dr Joe is absolutely fantastic and his staff are great to work with. Access Medical in Dardanelle has been my primary care now for years and I wouldn't switch to anyone else. From the time you make the initial phone call till the moment you're healed you can rest assure Access Medical will be there for you without any fuss, terrible waits, or wonder.

The nursing staff and Dr Joe treat me good every time. Today they did a telemedicine call with me and it was no big deal.
