Ventuno Restaurant

You could not go wrong with anything you pick! The lamb was THE BEST I've ever had, and I've had a lot of good lamb. It was so buttery and soft. The atmosphere was cozy with what looked like featured artwork on the walls.

I have come to Nantucket Island multiple times, but this was my first time coming to the outside bar at Ventuno. Being a bartender myself I am always looking for a good vibe and friendly service and let me tell you that Javier was one of the best bartenders I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Not only does he make killer drinks, but he has such an amazing charisma. You will feel like you’ve known him your entire life by the way he goes out of his way for you. I highly recommend coming here if you appreciate great drinks and an even better atmosphere. Thank you Javier and Ventuno for making our honeymoon unforgettable 🩷 we will be back and I will shout this place from the rooftops!

Great fresh food and awesome drinks. Can’t say enough about this place…. A must try if you like Italian when on Nantucket. The meatballs are out of this works and if you are a fan of Arancini's you will be impressed.

I had a great experience here with myself and 3 others. The food was excellent, although the service was quite slow. We went at a normal dinner hour and the salad appetizers took over 30 minutes to arrive. We saw other tables get their main courses before appetizers and the servers had to bring the food to the back until the appetizers were served. Once we got the food, it was delicious. Our server was very sweet and compassionate and we could tell it was not her fault. In the end, the restaurant made it right with us. If I’m back in the area, I will definitely return.

I started with the rabbit pasta and it was fantastic, I would place it in my top 3 pasta dishes ever! My main course was a very tender and jucie lamb chops with green ( sorry it looked so good I forgot to take a picture). For dessert I had pistachio cake with pistachio gellato, the cake had and interesting flavor that paired nicely withe raspberries and gellato. I also had a few drinks that were equally strong and delicious. Friendly and pleasant service too!

If you don’t know how to pronounce al dente…this isn’t your place. Longtime Nantucket resident and I can wholeheartedly say this is where I’ve found my (second) home. If you are lucky enough, please make sure you either have Ty, Matty, Taylor, or old man Hook make you drinks. Great pizza spot out back ran by Elio. Amazing menu—don’t miss out. Pauls on deck.

We absolutely love Ventuno! The vibe and service are always top-notch. Service could not be more friendly and helpful.

Be sure to get the Cesar salad and meatballs. Pasta is always fresh and done al dente. Dessert are delicious.

Food and service were excellent. Unfortunately, once the croud started to come in. The restaurant became very noisy. Otherwise, we enjoyed our time at Ventuno.

I tried four different highly rated restaurants during my first time in the island and Ventuno was by far my favorite. Everything was perfect, from the small bites (you have to try their ricotta toast) to their beautifully crafted and delicious entrees. Their cocktails were also a perfect balance of sweet, sour and spicy. Service was also excellent, our waiter Anthony was so knowledgeable about the whole menu and was able to help us with our indecisiveness. Next time I’m in Nantucket, I’m going nowhere else.

My husband and I enjoyed the most delicious dinner here recently. The service was attentive, but not rushed and the food was freshly made and full of flavor. The atmosphere upstairs was lovely as well. The wine selection is fantastic. We'll definitely be back!

I've been dining at Ventuno for years and was so happy to return yesterday for the first time since 2020. We sat outside and had a little corner nook to ourselves, a nice contrast to inside where it is often loud (but fun!). We enjoyed the meatballs, burrata, and ciabatta bread as appetizers. I had the delicious rib eye and my husband enjoyed his swordfish. It's definitely a pricey dinner, but in our opinion so worth it. I'm surprised by recent reviews as we had stellar service checking in on drinks, water, and food. A great place we continue to enjoy!

The atmosphere was like a family dinner almost. There were so many great options for food, very many small appetizers and great pastas. I had some of my families food, witch i would normally dislike, but they made it perfectly. The staff give you new silver were every section of the meal. Lamb and chicken were amazing. Even the bread was great.

Amazing experience. We hosted a private event outside and everyone loved it. The service was fantastic and all the food was delicious (great drinks, too!) We will definitely be hosting another private event there in the future.

21 million stars! Food is incredible! Ricotta is homemade and owner came over and personally asked us how are dinner was. Our server was Anthony who was knowledge and friendly. Excellent food. Makes me feel like I’m back in Italy

Had an overall wonderful experience. We had the meatballs and marinated olives as appetizers, which were both delicious; the meatballs were especially phenomenal. I had the strazzapreti as my entree, which was al dente and super flavorful. The service was impeccable as well as the espresso martini I had for dessert! Definitely one of my favorite spots on Nantucket!

We ate here the other night for a wedding rehearsal dinner. Everything was served family style, which usually leads to sub par food. Let me tell you was I pleasantly surprised. Not a single plate was anything short of amazing. Perfectly cooked pastas, steaks, lamb, chicken. All to die for, literally had to roll me out of the place from stuffing my face with these delightful foods. Staff was also top notch dealing with my wife's and daughters allergies. So if your in Nantucket looking for some fine Italian eats look no further this place is where you want to be!

Ventuno did a great job handling our party of 10. The fixed menu was exactly enough food, and the wait staff did an amazing job of spreading wine bottles out among 10 people. Friendly service, delicious food.
