Nice and easy spot to swing by and up an artesian sandwich! Breakfast sandwich, bagel, lunch sandwiches, coffee, smoothie. There is about 15 spots of seating room inside and some porch spots.

Had their breakfast sandwich and coffee. Both were fantastic. Loved the different flavors and sauces on the sandwich. Also, the location is great! We stopped here after getting off the ferry and then went again on our way back on the ferry a couple days later. Great food! Highly recommend!

Provisions is a cafe located in Straight Wharf. After tried multiple recommended restaurants in Nantucket, such as CRU, Galley Beach, Topper’s, Le Languedoc Bistro, Millie’s, Nautilus, and The Chanticleer, I decided to eat something lighter. So I tried Provisions signature turkey terrific sandwich, though in general I seldom eat fast foods including sandwiches. But I do feel its turkey terrific sandwich is worth to try. The bread is fresh and soft, slightly warm, and the sandwich tastes good. I do not think it’s “legendary”, but it is very good.

These guys are simply the best. A well oiled machine and they crank out good food quickly. Helped get us a great meal with only 10 minutes before the ferry departed. High quality stuff. Thanks provisions team!

The baked tofu was one of the best vegan meals I've ever had! Quick friendly service for a great price for such a location!

Fantastic sandwiches. Kind and efficient service. Their menu has good options for breakfast and lunch. Lots of vegetarian options.

Awesome coffee, pastries and sandwiches. If there is a wait it's always worth it. Take a seat and you'll see wonderful staff, interesting patrons all at the center of Nantucket!

Great food but too crowded for the space they have

First trip back in twenty years and the Turkey Terrific was as delicious 😋 as I remembered it! Only disappointment was the T-Shirt collection isn't as great as it once was, but that's an easy fix; get students at Mass Art to make up some awesome designs and phrases AND definitely stock long sleeve T-Shirts with Provisions on one sleeve and Nantucket on the other sleeve with the Island on the front with a P where Provisions is located and a cool phrase on the back. Love the sandwiches; reason Provisions has been an icon on Nantucket for so long!👍😊🖖

Freshly made upscale foods! Enjoyed a curried chicken salad sandwich, delicious.

I thought the turkey terrific sandwich was great! And the cookies are killer as well. You can order online and pick up at the window. Highly recommend!

We come every year and they make THE BEST sandwiches!! They are very popular and the wait can be a little while but I promise you it’s definitely worth the wait!

The curried chicken salad sandwich is kind of amazing. Swing buy Provisions on your way to the beach and grab a perfect picnic... but, bring cash... no credit cards accepted! For a walk around town, grab an iced coffee!

Provisions is a great place to grab a healthy and delicious breakfast/lunch. These guys will accommodate every need and desire of your soul (and stomach! ^_^). Don't hesitate to stop by, if you're craving something sweet (brownies! muffins!) - they have it, if you long for something saltier - sandwiches gallore! Stop by and indulge, you'll want to visit again! :)

Provisions has delicious sandwiches, particularly the Turkey Terrific and the Italian. It is a nuisance that the business is cash only. Unlike some other places on the island, even when they are busy, the wait is manageable.

They have the best Caprese sandwich. The pesto is really light and tasty. With wifi, comfortable seating and a nice bay window, I think I spent the most time in this little place.
