I had an awesome experience working with Jason here. I rreached out to him to learn about the options for getting a stereo and speaker upgrade to my Jeep. Jason walked me through a bunch of options and was super helpful the whole time.

Picked my car up last week and was beyond pumped about the work they had done. They got in done in two days and it came out better than I ever expected. Sounds amazing and couldnt be happier.

They helped me out with a rearview cam too.

Jason and his team installed a new Alpine x409 stereo and back up camera in my ‘15 Wrangler JK and it came out amazing. I would recommend Osprey to anyone for their automobile upgrade needs. Jason was great to work with and while the x409 is top of the line there was absolutely no pressure to buy anything I wasn’t fully committed to. The team has great communication and top notch customer service and most importantly the install is pristine. I’ve already planned to go back from some additional work and you should too!

I'd been looking for a trailer hitch for my BMW wagon and knew I wanted a Stealth. Here's where it gets good: Not only did Jason at Osprey answer all my questions and order the hitch, but when Stealth sent the WRONG parts, he had them overnight the correct parts at no cost. Then he expedited the install. It was AMAZING customer service, complete with phone calls to update me on timing. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the work or the experience. Hands down, I'd recommend them anytime.

I had my Viper alarm installed here on Saturday and I have to tell you, Jason and his staff are amazing. I would get anything installed by him in a heartbeat. He is very nice, knowledgeable and honest. Unfortunately, not a lot business owners view honesty and sincerely taking their customers into consideration as good qualities to have. Jason not only assisted me in getting a rental at a great rate, he also worked with me and my crazy work schedule to ensure that I was able to get my car. He is closed on Sundays however he met me first thing in the morning at Enterprise so I could drop off my rental and then he drove me over to the shop and even took the time to go over all the details regarding the alarm and any questions I had. Impressed would be an understatement. If there is anything else I need, I will definitely be back.

Had my alarm and stereo upgraded. Cannot tell you how pleased I am with Jason who went over all my options, made great recommendations, and had his capable staff do a great installation...he even dropped me off and picked me back up from my home! Where can you get customer service like that from an installation shop!! I highly recommend them to anyone who wants great equipment installed right!

I came in for a Weather Tech cargo liner. I'd had a problem w/Honda's. My Auto Body friend suggested Osprey. He set up the purchase. Osprey ordered it and had it at the promised time and price.

While I was in the shop waiting for them to pull the liner out of the warehouse, I looked around. Fascinating products! All kinds of stereo, security, emergency and a whole host of other products. One could outfit any vehicle very well at Osprey.

My purchase was a mere $100, but they acted as if I was buying a major car stereo system. Really friendly and eager to be helpful. I emphasize this because I've been in similar automotive / industrial shops which have unpleasant attitude. Osprey certainly has attitude--a good one!

The staff really cares about the customer and the customer's satisfaction and comfort. I have a new BMW 3 series and wanted only professional and clean work to be done on it. I got a radar detector installed and during the installation process they made sure I knew exactly what they were doing and going to do and informed me if there would be any necessary altercations to their plan. Definitely will go back for future electronic work that I need done.

I was referred here by many friends. They were all happy & so am I. Although I only purchased the base line car starter. Their were many options if you need more. I can start my car from the third floor at work & I park in a crowded parking lot so I can't always park close yet my car auto starts every time.
