Circe's Grotto

The cutest sandwich shop! Got the avocado toast and avocado egg sandwich. Delicious and filling. The ingredients are so fresh and great quality. The bread is amazing. Definitely recommend. Also got a cold brew and was very pleased.

The debate is over. The best grilled cheese on the planet Earth is found here, at Circes Grotto. Delight your tastebuds and enjoy the crisp, pressed sourdough married with the gooey blend of fine cheeses. “Thank you for being a friend!!”

Awesome staff and delicious sandwiches Always made fresh to order and with love! Sometimes there may be a wait but if you call ahead and plan accordingly its no problem! Cant beat the great atmosphere of a proper "hole in the wall" where food comes first! 😋

Holy moly this spot was amazing. A breath of fresh air. Again. Another spot I had never been too in Scituate. I had no idea it was even here, but man oh man was it incredible. It is small so if you can maybe get carryout. But in all seriousness you need to get her and try something. ASAP!

Update: I was back again a couple times recently. Best tuna salad I’ve ever had. Every sandwich is incredible. Easily the best sandwich spot in scituate.

The quality is never sacrificed. It's always the best ingredients and consistently excellent. It's food that makes you happy every time and amazing baked goods. The owner is lovely

Fantastic sandwich , Must stop if you are going through town. I order the Roast beef with Boursin Cheese/ sour dough . Chocolate chip cookie is also a 10!!

In the plaza the Circe's Grotto is the furthest to the left in the plaza. I stopped in for a quick bite and I arrived 8 minutes before closing and the gentlelady Susan was just a doll. More welcoming than ever she was patient with me and was very thoughtful to include napkins and a smile. I will have to return for the breakfast burrito action. There is plenty of parking here, but the inside seating area is kind of small. The front door has this rustic feel about it. And the Red Velvet Cupcakes are sweet and moist. #yummy

Best sandwiches I've ever had. Order the turkey with melted cheddar, avocado, onion and red pepper mayo on Tuscan. Don't forget a chocolate chip cookie!

You gotta love Circe's Grotto. From soup to sandwiches to baked goods, Sue puts out a first rate product. Some people complain about the service or the wait, and they can eat elsewhere!

Best place for breakfast or lunch, great staff and Susan is such a wonderful person. My recent visit I had a turkey, stuffing cranberry wrap. So yummi!!!

Just had the best Ruben special anyone has every made me there. don't try the chocolate chip cookies you wouldn't like them ;)

Circe's is by far the best sandwich shop in scituate. Around lunch time, the wait is pretty long but we'll worth it. Circe's makes a mean cubano, 10/10.

Delicious sandwiches. Cash only and don't expect to be in and out super fast, but well worth the wait as everything they put together is fresh on the spot!

This place is amazing!!! I went for the first time yesterday and will skip on Groucho's microwave subs forever and Caviar and Banana's high prices for Crice's gourmet sub.
