Driver Licensing Department

Easy in and out, Some people were ahead of me because of an appointment...I walked in when in opened, only a 10 minute wait. Staff was pleasant and polite.

It was the very first time I was literally in and out! Super convenient how they can do everything in one cubicle. Picture and all!!

I made an appointment the day before, showed up and didn't have to wait which was really nice. I had all my documents and was out in 5 minutes. Everyone was really nice, it was the best experience ever renewing my license which has always been dreadful. Thank you!

Went in to get my driver license today and everything went good. At first I was there to get the real id but they didn't accept my residence identity. So i change to just a normal driver license. Even though we make appointment online still long line when we got there. We went in to check in inside by the door and then came out to wait in the line out side. Mark still require here so be prepare. And if you pay with card there is fees. Better you have cash in hand it was $89 for driver license.

Linda went above and beyond to help us get our paperwork taken care of for my international students new drivers license. I greatly appreciated that we were not just a number and she helped us in getting into a local office to finalize everything. Highly recommend this office!

Not a long wait at 10am on a Friday. The staff is nice and helpful. Got me in and out under 15 min

I love the fact you have to make an appointment. I got right in they told me on the phone all the paperwork I needed so I had everything when I arrived. Took 10-15 minutes at most to get an enhanced drivers license. I hope they keep the by appointment only. Makes it so much less stressful. Everyone was super friendly and I was super happy with my experience. Thank you Wenatchee DMV!!

Linda Strunk went above and beyond helping me. The DOL in Wenatchee ended up closing for some time and with her efficient communication I was able to accomplish everything I needed anyway. Couldn’t have done it without her!

The staff is extremely helpful and nice. We traveled to here from Seattle two times to get our licenses and didn't regret because of the long trip. Recommend!

Have been to the Wenatchee office several times, not all for me and each time pretty much everyone was courteous and very helpful.

I live in spanaway ever since covid I was not able to find any appointments near me so Wenatchee was my only best bet I have to say they were very kind and the process was fast

Scheduled a same day appointment to get my license transferred. Walked in and was helped within 5 minutes.
