Apex Roofing replaced the roof on my mobile home. Rich met me at the property, provided a competitive quote and completed the job in the time frame we discussed. Rich was very professional and the finished project looked great. I really appreciated them cleaning everything up afterwards as though they had never been there.

Review of Apex Roofing Installation (May 2022)
I strongly recommend Apex Roofing Co. for a large, complex, and cost effective roof repair and replacement Installation.

WORK REQUIRED:
In preparation for Solar Panel Installation, I requested an budgetary estimate for a complete roof inspection, repair, removal of the 22 yr. old shingles and replacement with low maintenance roofing. I also asked that the roofing contractor work closely with the solar panel contractor to minimize costs and schedule conflicts.

COSTS
The Apex Roofing estimate received was comparable with the actual roofing costs of a family friend three years prior, and were more than competitive with other estimates received. Some additional costs were added for the detailed extra labor required for the solar panel installation but these were reasonable and worth the effort to insure a long term, worry free installation.

INSTALLATION:
The Apex Roofing owner-installer advised us of some issues with the gutter installation that had caused structure damage to the roof. as part of the new roof installation the damage was repaired, and he coordinated with the gutter company to correct the installation. The installation proceeded as promised with some interruptions due to weather. The installers adequately removed all but very minor installation materials including all removed shingles and replaced structural materials

COMPLETED PROJECT.
We are completely satisfied with the installation and the performance of the installers. He could tell the distress in our call and came out the same day to take a look at the issue and tarp our roof to prevent any further leaks. His bid for a complete roof replacement and partial re-sheathing was very reasonable. Rich was amazing to work with! Great communication, excellent attention to detail and very professional. Our new roof looks beautiful.

Upon discovering a water leak in our living room ceiling, we immediately called our insurance company. They recommended Rich DeAvilla from Apex Roofing Systems LLC. We called Rich on a Friday afternoon and he was here to tarp our roof first thing Saturday morning. While here, he did some inspection and measuring to give us an estimate on replacing the existing roof.
His estimate was very reasonable. This is an outstanding business, good workmanship and excellent communication! He kept us informed to the progress of installing the new roof and answered any and all of our questions. He worked so well with us and also with our insurance company. Installed new shingles. Replaced half the plywood, covered whole roof with stronger ice/water shield. Discovered a damaged rafter and repaired. Also added additional vents, and replaced all the rest. Did all this as fast as possible, preventing any water damage due to weather. This was done with less noise than we expected, less hassle and even made sure to clean up any debris DAILY. Rich is professional, congenial, and kept us informed of progress. Arrived when expected, worked hard, and the result is a beautiful new roof and very happy customers!

Apex installed a membrane roof on our beach front home in 2010. Came by to inspect it today to be sure it is holding up well. Roof is doing great, owner had a couple reasonable suggestions for upkeep. I'm very pleased with the roof and the service.
