We just purchased a used vehicle from Jess Ford in Grand Coulee. We live a couple hours and our sales person Trent worked really hard to get us all the information and pictures we needed to determine it was worth the drive. The price was fair and the car was the way they said it would be.
Sarah got us through the paperwork fast and we were out the door with a recommendation for where to eat lunch and a nice hat for a souviner.
I really enjoyed the down home service and how they never tried to work us over or play games like other dealers did.

Great sales team, Ty was a pleasure to work with and Heather was always helpful. Shawn, the finance guy, was difficult to get a hold of and never called back but it still worked out. We bought a beautiful F-350 and got a fair amount for out trade. Great experience over all I would recommend them.

They are great. I went it to get a leak in the left, rear axle checked and possibly repaired.
All is well for now. Coming back next week for other repairs.

These guys know what Customer Service truly stands for! We had our truck at another mechanic that couldn't diagnose our truck's issue with the all the new technology in vehicles. So, we called Jess Ford and every person we talked to was so helpful! They even went to the other mechanic's with a diagnostic tool to see if they could fix it there since our truck wouldn't run after having a dead battery replaced. When that wasn't successful, they told us since it was a mile away from them, they would tow our vehicle free of charge! And, after 2 hours they called and our truck was repaired with less than a $200 bill! We are advocates of small business and this just really attests to why! Thanks to all the guys there that made our day by having our truck fixed so quickly and with a smile!

They saved the day for our family. We were out of gas and they were faster to get to us than the police department. Very cheap too. Thanks to them we were back on the road within the next 10 minutes.

I was stranded in Grand Coulee with dead batteries and frozen diesel, Jess ford sent someone out with jump packs and diesel treatment. Didn’t charge me a thing. Can’t thank them enough for getting me down the road so I can be with my family this holiday season.

Everyone at Jess Ford treated us like royalty. They took very good care of us. Genuinely listened to us and tried to meet our needs. Even after the car was purchased if something of concern came up, they took care of it right away. And they are still taking good care of us. We are really enjoying our new car. Recently purchased our 4th vehicle from Jess. Brian, Milo and Jessica were awesome!! After a few phone calls, they knew better than I did what I would love. They even brought that it from Pullman lot and had it cleaned and shiny when I arrived! Wonderful to work with in so many ways. As a nurse, I truly appreciate their attention to detail during COVID 19. I never felt at any risk there!

On a road trip when my truck died a couple times near town. Went in just to get the check engine codes read which they were able to quickly squeeze me in even when obviously busy. Realized it was likely a camshaft sensor which they had in stock and replaced under a factory recall all in about 30 minutes! Great customer service that I didn’t know existed at dealerships anymore. Wish I lived closer.

My family and I were on vacation and ran out of gas 6 miles out of town and jess was willing to come out and give us some. Very friendly and forever grateful!

Hands down the best dealership to work with. I bought a 2017 Ford F-350 from them and was very pleased with the sales service and started doing business with there service department. I drive from Wenatchee to have my vehicles serviced here and would not trust another shop to do so. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone.
