Ivan at the Pro Desk is AMAZING. Not only did he use every resource available to him, he was kind, knowledgeable, understanding, and sought first to understand, rather than expecting every scenario to fit inside a cookie cutter situation, like newer employees may do at the general customer service desk, sorry! Ivan turned a poor situation into a phenomenal one, and needs a RAISE! John the store manager, is very lucky to have you, and I am appreciative of his accommodating, and logical nature as well. Great team, providing great service, Home Depot will continue to see us as loyal customers for quite some time because of these guys! :)

We all do our best to get it done right the first time. However, we are all human and make mistakes from time to time. And when mistakes are made here at this location, they make it right. Regardless if it's been an associate, or myself. Through respectful communication anything can be solved, and the associates at home depot understand this. Been a loyal customer here for nearly a decade. And with my experiences I'm happy to continue doing buisness with them.

Build it and they will come. This is truly a country hospitality store. I visited this location while in town and the workers are friendly. Customer's were very friendly. This is even during the pandemic. They do greet you and offer mask/face covering and hand sanitizer.

I couldn't find what I was looking for, and Tracey helped me out. She was so friendly and helpful. She was working at the self checkouts but still to time to help me find what I was looking for.

I've always preferred Home Depot for my home improvement needs. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and they usually have what I am looking for and more. They even have veterans parking!

1 stop shop for all your home needs. Good customer service.

This Home Depot in Longview restored my faith in the store. The type of crew that remembers your name, business, projects, and dog.

I spoke with a manager about an issue we had with our LG washer and dryers. I forgot his name but he very very helpful and persistent in answering all my questions and concerns. I have Autism , so you can imagine how precise I am about how things must be. He stayed on the phone and did not give up. Nor hung up. Thank you for not. He helped me by guiding me through some choice products so I can manage my choice through a better understanging, because what I was experiencing.
It helped me find better clarity. I feel much more relieved that what I have is a very good choice and is the one I've been looking for, compared to what we wanted to get in the first place. Us people with this disability aren't easy to work with and he done very well. Thank you so so much with everything!! Who ever your name is.

Wanted to thank the guy in the paint department. I don’t know your name, but you did great job today matching my old bucket of paint! Put on when I got home and it fits right in. Thank you

I ordered a tool chest/workbench combo from Home Depot with the $79 delivery fee as it was low stock at my preferred location. The schedule date started out as being the next day (a Friday), then changed to Saturday and then I got a call that it was now going to be delivered Monday. This was super inconvenient as I took a long weekend to do some spring cleaning and sort my tools/garage. And I would have to take the day off work to be present for delivery, not because I chose a signature requirement but because I wanted to be home to bring the chest in asap, I really didn't want a $700 item just sitting outside my house, I live next to a highway and my property is visible from the road. Anyway, I called in and Ivan helped me out. He explained that they had to change the type of truck that was delivering the bench because the other style that the system chose always causes damage to the wheels and they didn't want it to arrive damaged. There was really no way to get the date changed as the box truck doesn't even run on weekends. Without me asking or really pushing, Ivan offered to call his supervisor to see what other options there might be. He let me know his supervisor authorized Ivan to reimburse the $79 delivery fee because it was a very unfortunate situation and I could keep the Monday delivery or come pick it up myself. Ivan really went above and beyond to alleviate the frustration of this situation and I appreciate the level of care and service.

Ordered a new dishwasher after waiting a month to have the one i got and waited to have installed from Lowes, ordering was easy and fast and install was in 4 days it took them 15min and took away my old one. 5 stars for Home Depot

I love the Home Depot! It has more home decor for the decorator and good quality products for your building needs. As long as they work on the blatant theft at their stores, it will be an even better place to shop.

We were getting a ton of stuff. The check out clerk was super helpful with swapping to a new cart as she rang us up making hauling it out to the truck easier.

Jason in paint is an excellent associate. When I asked him for a product, he took me right to it. He also was knowledgeable and eager to help which was extremely refreshing. You can tell He has experience in many other departments as well.

Well organized, very clean & neat. The reps have always been very helpful & friendly. Whatever product we go for we usually find there. Highly recommend.
