Awesome customer service!!! Received help from CiCi, at the parts counter. She was determined to find what I needed, even if her store did not have/carried said part. She found it in Utah, placed order, but really took the time to ensure I had everything I needed. She definitely went above and beyond. Store was clean, well in stock, and offers discounts to veterans. Outstanding experience

They always have just what you need, or can get it that day usually. Where else can you find several men with long hair working together, giving exceptional customer service & gainfully employed?

This store is conveniently located right next to tennet way and the folks are always friendly and helpful. They most often have things that you can't find elsewhere. Prices are comparable to other stores. If you need assistance getting certain items the staff in the back is ready, willing, and able to help you out. I have never been disappointed with the service and selection.

I'm from Oregon and had bad car problems while in Washington and stopped in at this NAPA store. The manager Lynn was so helpful and seriously made my day so much better with everything. I was tight on money and she helped me figure things out and took so much stress off of my shoulders! She's such an amazing person!

My favorite auto parts store by far. From available parts in stock to the customer service - they are the best !! But I do wish they didn't close so early (7:00 pm). Oh well, they still get 5 stars from me !!

Needed new wipers as the weekend set rain fall records Sat the 18th & Sunday 19th in
Portland and was pretty heavy here in LV..
So I went back to the parts counter and asked if they had wipers for rig
I didn't want expensive ones as I'm going to sell it here in a couple months. He said he would have to order the cheap ones. The rain was coming so I bit the bullet and I asked will you put them on. He said sure it was a slow day. I hadn't even finished paying for them yet and he came through the door and said your all good.
Thats why I gave 5 stars. Quick and easy.

Perfect, they had in stock the rare brake master cylinder I needed.. Back on the road Friday night instead of waiting till Monday which was the soonest I could find it anywhere else...

Always knowledgeable friendly service. Whether you call or enter the Store they are always happy to help and get the answers or give the advice you are seeking. I have always had a positive experience at this location.

Came in looking for a specific tool. It wasn't out on the floor so Carter (mullet guy) started helping me. He was calling around everywhere and was determined to hook me up. We almost gave up when he realized there was one in the system. So he took extra time to track it down and he pulled through! Good guy, I will ask for him next time I go in.

Had almost all the stuff I needed to fix the antennas on my log truck, but ended up being able to make it work. Great service and like pretty much every other NAPA good quality parts for a decent price

I came into their store with a ton of questions, Mr lemhigh literally helped me to the end with every issue and scenario on how they could help. And he did, I got my headlights kit, brushes, polishes, he spent way more time than any of the other auto parts store a in my experience to make sure I was completely taken care of. I didn't get the feeling like I had from other places bcuz they just wanna get ur money And u on your was asap. I'll come here and without a hesitation recommend Longview Napa to my work buddies and and family. Thanks again u guys

Great service and employees that know what they're doing. Sometimes the prices are a bit high but for the most part the parts are higher quality.

NAPA is a good auto parts and supplies store. Their clear silicon spray lube is the best, IMO.

I Love this place I have the worst luck with my Truck but I love it cant get rid of it and its a project in the works and Napa has Always helped me even if the what ever part Was not available they help me find it above and beyond relay to fuel pump cleaners it’s Napa

They were so helpful and friendly. I got all but one part that I needed. I ordered the other part and it will be in tomorrow. Great service!!
