Chase Bank

This is our bank we go to during the week. And the lady that help us the most, Is Raven . She is welcoming from the time we walk in & un tell the time we walk out. She also has GREAT customer service. THANK YOU RAVEN!!!! :)

Service was great. Bankers were nice. Max, Daniel and the other colleagues tried their best to help me and I am so grateful.

I had an unexplained hold on my paycheck that I had deposited days prior and was experiencing ongoing overdraft fees as a result. I was so stressed and had called customer service multiple times and eventually went into this branch location. An employee named Kelsey was SO amazing, kind, empathetic, and helpful! She helped resolve the issue and even supported in waving a couple overdraft fees. Thank you Kelsey, you rock!

The bankers here are great. The lady I spoke with, I think her name was Allison, she resolved my situation quickly and went beyond my expectations by helping me save a couple hundred dollars I wouldn't have had otherwise. I will bank with chase for life because of this experience

Chase bought out Washington Mutual Which I had been with since 1997. I was aprehensive about large National Banks. But was surprised that it was nothing near as bad as I had heard.?

While I prefer the local and non-profit aspects of a credit union, the downtown Chase Bank really is a beautiful building (much more on the inside than out). The staff are professional and I've never had a wait.

A major bank that frequently has no cash available at the ATM, forcing you to be charged a $3 fee from Chase for using an 'unauthorized' ATM and about $2.50-$4 from the ATM host for using them. Beautiful!

Joshep Livesay is the most incompetent person I have ever experienced at chase bank. I would highly recommend that he would be moved to a position where customer satisfaction is not dependent on his performance. Chase I am sorry he is costing you future business. Maybe burger flipper is a more suited position for him. If you have any question give me a call.

Chase Bank is one of the leading funders of fossil fuel production, so a major contributor to global warming, and it might make sense to Google it and see if they've stopped doing that before you consider investing your money there. You could also try a credit union instead. We have good credit unions in Bellingham that are thinking about how to structure their (and your) investments to better protect the planet. It would be pretty easy to put your money there instead.

Blew me off for a year to tell me I don't have enough documentation I am who I say I am. Place is a joke!
