Robert brings a level of professionalism and care that is first class and the prompt response to repairs are one of the top 3 reasons to choose Charter Club. The view, the quiet surroundings of the walkable lake with wildlife that keeps me in awe, counting my blessings, and the friendly community with professional maintenance, all make this a great place to live. No where is perfect, but it's the best place around.

We have been living here since November 2023 and we love our apartment complex. Nice apartments overlooking Silver Lake. Safe quiet neighborhood. Never had a problem with mail or porch pirates. Front office is awesome. Maintenance is quick and they are always courteous. Bus stop across the street.

This apartment is very nice and quiet neighborhood. It is to me and my family the most peaceful place and we enjoy it very much. The parka and the lake is awesome. This has been the best place I have lived so far. The staff is super friendly! Batul, Carlene, Bo and Austin have all gone out of their way to make residents happy. And they are trying hard to create a community by hosting events and free classes. The maintenance team is super quick and responsive. Overall, a very positive experience. Plus the views of the lake from some units are astounding. There are some car prowlers around, but they have lots of patrols at night to discourage that. Other than that, it feels very safe during normal hours. Lots of people on walks with pets, fishing and biking.

UPDATE: Even 2 years later, I needed rental verification and the staff were every bit as responsive as when I was living there. Kadra went out of her way to make sure the verification went through.

I have lived in the Charter Club community for over four years now and it has been amazing! Maintenance is always quick to respond and fully fixes any issues I have. The area is safe and well maintained And the units themselves are spacious and up to date. Management is always kind and understanding and get back to me with any questions or concerns I have in a timely manner. The recent rent rate increase is really my only negative I’ve ever had while living here. In all, it’s been a wonderful experience.

Kiauna was really amazing! She gave me a tour yesterday and I was very happy with her service. She provided every detail without hesitation, showed me what I was looking for in a fast timely manor, she did mention there are updates so that was really good information to know what I should be expecting. Overall my experience was amazing.

Chiquita was fantastic! Every interaction was smooth and easy. One of the few complexes in the area where you don’t get a phone tree, but instead a very genuine individual that helps every step of the way. Can’t recommend enough!

When we did the tour of the apartment we already feel at home, the staff are very helpful and it was fast, especially Kiauna who is amazing, she’ll make sure to help you from the beginning and it was really fast.

We have really enjoyed living at Charter Club. If there is an issue, the office and maintenance are quick to respond. They are great people and our neighbors are pleasant. All and all a good experience!

Charter club was a great place to live. Neighbors were awesome, no problems with parking and Robert with maintenance was always quick to take care of any service requests we had.

Ok in full disclosure I ended up renting an apartment closer to my daughter's school, but Kiauna, the leasing agent, was awesome and very helpful navigating the different models available. I was this close to renting at Charter Club and after current lease is up, I will be back ;-)
