Such a cute little dessert and coffee shop. We had the raspberry chocolate tart and the Leche gelato. Both were absolutely delicious. The shop has such a cute little atmosphere and the girls working. We’re very nice and helpful.

Such an amazing and wonderful shop. All of the desserts we tried were phenomenal. It's hard to believe something of this caliber would be tucked away in a little corner of Idaho. This shop is most certainly worth a detour.

The best bakery ever! A hidden gem in Southeast Idaho just off the exit in Malad City. Each pastry is a work of art and delicious. This isn't Starbucks. It's a small town bakery with a master baker. Friendly with small town atmosphere and the most outrageous pastries with ingredients from all over the world. Worth the stop.

Where to start... everything I have had from here is absolutely amazing! Each pastry is a work of art! Every time I go, I try something new. And it never ceases to amaze me! Her croissants are so buttery, flaky, and just pure heaven! Perfection!! The coffee and steamers are so delicious! Definitely the best coffee I've had in the states! Yum!
This cute little shop is like our own little piece of Europe! I'm obsessed!!

Despite being open just a few days a week, it is a delight when it's opened. The GF desserts are marked as such. Lots of ganache items, including hot chocolate an other caffeinated products. Very delicious.
There is outdoor seating too.

We saw 1 billboard mentioning Genache while we were on I-15 in Utah just before the Idaho border. Luckily, it names exit 13 in Idaho as the location. You'll find it on the right, just past all the big gas stations. It is well worth the stop. A very small shop that offered 9 versions of Gelato and 1 Sorbet. They also had cookies and quiche. Not to mention the lovely desserts you might see in a French pastry window (individual cheese cakes, torts, and cakes).
Thirsty? They have that covered as well. I got their Mocha drink: a shot of espresso, house Genache, and foamed milk. I loved it. Just the right amount of chocolate and coffee without being overly sweet. Just the right of sweet from the genache, a hint.
Next time you need a break while traveling between Idaho and Utah, you should stop in. Just remember they are open Friday, Saturday, and Sunday only.

The lemon cheese cake was excellent. The Chocolate cake was very good. It was different. The chocolate was just right not to strong flavor just right. We will stop back again for dessert. Thank you for the best European style dessert that we have had in our part of Idaho. Thanks again Steve and Rena

We saw a sign for this place on the freeway and decided to stop. We were astounded by the quality and variety. This is like a NYC-caliber bakery, in little Malad. We tried a very yummy, gluten-free chocolate pastry (I was so excited). There were a lot of gelatos we would love to try next time we are passing by, as well.

I mean.... Need I say more? They put their every effort into making these delicacies, and it shows in the texture and taste 10000%. I am a huge fan of Ganache and always will be! Worth trying at least once, I promise you that!

WOW!! What a hidden gem in Idaho! I almost don’t want to leave a review to let the cat out of the bag with this place. We had the chocolate and hazelnut gelato (tasted like Ferrero Rocher 🤤😋) and a couple pastries and it was phenomenal. I am considering driving an hour from home just for another taste. Thank you for a delicious experience! You do gelato and pastries right! Make sure to check their dates and hours before you go!

This place is a Diamond in the Gem state, every thing we tasted or ordered was 5 Stars. If you are within 100 miles of Malad Idaho you must stop in and experience a bit of French pastry in the most unlikely place. Tell them Tim sent you. My poor camera ability does not do justice to how good they really are.

The Gelato was the best I've had. The lemon cake was gluten free and SO moist. The Mango tart was so much flavor for the taste buds.

An incredible experience! We visited on a slow Sunday morning. We were instantly greeted by the owners, who gave us a wonderful walk through of all the treats and gelato. Everything is made fresh from in-house made ingredients. We were able to sample some delicious gelato that we will be stopping for at every time we pass through now.
As far as coffee goes: the two hour drive from my home to this little shop may Have to become a regular occurrence! The Italian espresso is expertly pulled, with a rich, warm flavor and none of the over cooked bitterness of most shops. The mocha does not use a chocolate syrup, rather it is made by melting a milk chocolate ganache so you have a rich chocolate flavor without the overbearing sweetness.
Plain and simple, if you are passing through always plan some time to stop at Ganache Pastry and Gelato. Even if you don’t have time, stop anyways. You won’t regret it!

Super cute new bakery! Very nice and helpful to explain everything. The wild blueberry scone and the lemon caprese cake or tart were amazing! Definitely stopping in Malad again just to go there.

The pastries taste as good as they look so you won’t be disappointed if you make the trip there! You can tell they by the quality of ingredients and beautiful presentation that you’ll be getting something they have put their heart and soul into! The passion fruit mousse was my favorite but everything was so so good! 😋

MUST VISIT! What a little hidden gem! Ganache bakery is worth planning your whole trip around. Fresh, new, clean space filled with the most delicious smells and that immediate feeling of a place created by someone who truly loves and cares about what they are bringing into the world. Oksana, the pastry chef, is both talented and creative, with an attention and commitment to detail that is obvious in her design, equipment, and execution. Take the delicious baked goods home for a treat later, or enjoy your drinks and pastries out on the delightful side patio, with tables and umbrellas and fresh flowers. Right off the freeway in Malad, Idaho, and it feels like you’ve been transported to a European cafe.

I drive almost 2 hours each way just to taste this heaven. The Gelato is unique and the best I have ever had. The pastries and ganache and cookies and namelaka cream are out of this world!! You won't find better anywhere at any price. Buy often and be happy :)
