We went in to put my plan on a good friends plan to save me money each month. We walked out with two new I phone 13. They were very good deals and our phones were getting old. Customer service was great. We are very happy with Verizon.

I was treated very well. Maya was helpful and answered all my questions. She has a sweet personality and helped get everything switched to my new phone. I told her exactly what I wanted and she got it right away. She didn't try to talk me into anything else. I am on a fixed income so that was very important to me. There is nothing worse than being shown something you can't afford and and falling in love with it knowing you can't get it. I feel like Maya cared about me and my needs. I will gladly use your store again because of Maya.

The girls all of them in this store where some of the friendless and helpful not only to me but everyone who came in. Talk about patience and caring they are top notch. I traveled from Moab because I was never able to get anyone there to answer the Phone or seem to know how to help me. I will travel the 1.5 hours if I ever need anything again to this location.Jessica was awesome and the store manger rocked.

I had such a great experience here with Jessica and Yonika. (Sorry, if spelt your name wrong) Both of them were extremely polite, helpful, knowledgeable and most of all I saw each of them working with an elderly couple. They were amazing!

Kaine was amazingly patient with a problem we had on my wife's phone. It was near closing time and he went way above and beyond to help us. We were truly impressed with him and his professionalism.

Tricia was so knowledgeable and made the whole experience very comfortable. She was very friendly and kind!! I will recommend anyone to visit this location. Everyone that works there are very sweet and friendly. I will always shop them for future upgrades or any issues.

Jannicke is such a delight to work with. She is very knowledgeable and efficient. She has been helping my family for several years now everytime someone gets a new phone. You won't be disappointed with their srrvice. There whole staff is very friendly.

Tricia and Janicka were very helpful today and they both have been in the past as well! I have been assisted by them on several occasions and they go above and beyond what you are asking for. They also work very well under stress when it is busy and treat everyone with the utmost respect!

I had a couple of problems when I went in and he was able to help me with one of them but the other one I need a more technical person. and while I was there I thought of a couple more and he was able to help me with them. I got everything taken care of that I needed and a couple more that I thought of when I went in. Also I have Parkinson’s disease and it’s hard for me to get around sometimes. He helped me with my purse so that I didn’t have to put it from one place to the other. He was very polite very kind and very helpful. The bad thing is I don’t remember his name but I’m assuming you know it through this review

Jannicke is the best! I messaged her in the morning and she said come in at noon to look at a new phone. I wasn’t even planning on getting a new phone that day. But she helped me and looked at every option I had with every bit of patience! This place is top notch and they are amazing at customer service! Hats off to Jannicke and the rest of the staff! Their customer service was awesome! Jessica was so nice and cared about my issues I was having with my phone! And really tried fixing my problem for free! I went into Russell Cellular thinking it was Verizon. The employees were really nice in helping me with what they could, and directing me where to go with other problems I was having with billing and assisting where they could. Laura and Caleb were very nice and helpful.

Sadly, purchased a new phone at another location. That won't happen again. Maya, at the Price UT store, is wonderful at her job. She got the phone correctly activated. Along with being knowledgeable, she's also very friendly. She's a keeper for sure! Thanks again Maya!!
