Perkins Roofing did a wonderful job from start to finish on my roof. The sales manager Josh was truly a pleasure to deal with and was there for me throughout the entire process. Very professional and detailed quote and the payment systems and options were fast and easy to use.

Dealing with Perkins was nice and easy. Straightforward proposal with no hidden costs, and price comparable to other offers I had at hand. This was my first experience ever where the salesperson did not disappear after the contract was signed. Throughtout my entire project, Josh provided full support, answering all of my questions. I also had an amazing support from Charlie, the project manager. My next door neighbors even came to my house to compliment the professionalism demonstrated by their workers. Every single day they would leave the jobsite clean, free of debris or nails, including my neighbor's side yard! Timelines couldn't have gone better - it took Perkins only 10 calendar days to complete the job, from the first day until final approval. Stellar company and crew! Totally recommend!

Did a complete reroof and secondary water barrier with Perkins in October-November 2023, and they were great to deal with. Josh kept us up to date on the progress of job and Jamie the onsite supervisor was great to deal with. Perkins delivered a high quality job and our city inspectors approved everything the first time around on each inspection. Watched Tim Kanak's videos on You Tube and learned a lot about roofs and what questions to ask, very informative . Highly recommend Perkins for quality work and nice people too deal with.

Perkins roofing helped to make an already stressful situation less of a worry. I contacted them for shingle replacement needed to keep my insurance policy active. My experience with Perkins Roofing was A+ from minute one. Josh was my contact person and he was so responsive and knowledgeable. I had several roofing companies come out for quotes and they were not nearly as thorough as Josh. He was extremely detail oriented and very professional. Jamie also worked with me throughout the whole process and she was wonderful as well. I highly recommend them.

We were desperately in need of maintenance for our roof. Josh came and gave a fair and honest assessment. He followed through and went above and beyond to ensure our roof was in tip top shape. It honestly looks new again after it was pressure washed (and not a single tile broken.) We appreciate the service and will be calling Josh from Perkins again. He really is genuine and wants the best for his customers.

Perkins replaced our roof back in early 2018; concrete flat tiles. Like any project, a few hiccups back then but minor and taken care of.

Paul is AWESOME! Recently Paul came out to look at some leaks. On time, very friendly, super knowledgeable (and most appreciated wasn’t pushing sales pitches). He spent plenty of time explaining how it should be properly fixed.
He’ll submit the report soon and I’m anticipating it will be under our warranty and all will be well again.

To start at the end-absolutely 5 star satisfied, from start to finish. Reroofing requires getting proposals and then trying to compare. Dealing with qualified responsible companies brings it down to intangibles as it is hoped that the work would meet the necessary standards. Something has to stand out and in my case from the first meeting with Josh, there was a good vibe. Professional, responsive and sincere. The Perkins reputation helped but the first impression is so important. We went with Perkins, the pricing was competitive, but the results are what counts. The process was efficient, all promises were kept and when there were some nuances, Josh was fully involved along with the job supervisor, Charlie. Communication was immediate as was the response and they just wanted us to be happy and satisfied and went above and beyond to assure this was the case. The workers were there early and the job was complete in the minimal time. No nightmares of the contractors not showing up for weeks after the start etc. Josh made to sure to contact us almost daily to update us on the process and to see if there were any concerns or questions. I could go on but no need to. For Josh, Charlie and the company, the positive reviews on Google just match our experience.

When looking for a Roofing company to repair our company roof, we requested bids from different businesses, but Perkins Roofing stood out. Their estimate offered more for the cost compared to other roofing companies. Everyone from the president to the office personnel, to the project manager to the roofers were always professional, helpful, and patient throughout the process. We had questions and they always had answers. Marie from the office is the one I dealt the most with and she was delightful, knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful. We are very happy with the amazing job they did, and we highly recommend them.

I am incredibly grateful to Alejandro, Charlie, and all the Perkins Roofing staff for making my parents roof replacement such a positive experience. My elderly parents live in Miami and I live out of state. I was trying to find a reputable, professional roofing company to do the work (which can be difficult in S. Florida). I fully recommend Perkins Roofing. They are professional, responsible, committed, their pricing is reasonable and they provide great communication. Perkins able to accommodate a last minute repair project that my home insurance co requested of me. I had 10 days to find a licensed, insured and bonded roofing company and the ins co wanted me to provide them with pictures of the repair process, pictures of the final work, a full report and a paid invoice OR they were going to cancel my policy. Anyone who lives in Miami knows that this is basically impossible to find in this town! My insurance agent recommended Perkins. Perkins understood my situation and it's importance. 1. They accommodated a next day appointment for a quote and actually showed up on time. 2. The quote was reasonable- they did not take advantage of my desperate situation. 3. They were able to fit me the following day. 3. They showed to do the work the following day (big deal in Miami). 4. They completed the work in one day. 5. The provided me a full report of the repairs, the pictures, etc.. everything my insurance company requested! You can trust these guys. Perkins has the integrity that is hard to find in Miami. They did our roof installation. They did a very good job. They got a permit to do the job. There were three different Miami Dade inspectors that came by to check their work. All three of them told me that they have always liked and approved Perkins roof installations over many years. Several years later we recently had a leak in the connecting area. They fixed it under the roof warranty at no charge.
They are a very reliable company.
On our most recent repair job we had two excellent guys help us. Josh K. Came to check the leak and was very nice and Knowledgable. They are very lucky to have a guy like him working for them. Then with in a few days he arranged to have Carlos P. Come to
fix the leak. He was very professional and efficient. I highly recommend Perkins Roofers.

Educational you tube videos on roofing posted by the owner Tim Kanak led me to hire this company to install a metal roof. The workmanship is top notch and his workers are highly qualified and they put in a long day of work but seem to enjoy their craft. A certain employee Charlie Mejia played an integral role by keeping me in the loop as to what was to happen now, what was to happen next, and when all of it could be done. He was available when needed and fixed difficult matters when necessary. The entire project would not have happened so smoothly had he not been there to see to it. The new roof is beautiful and I feel I was given a very good value for what I now have.

From the initial inquiry phone call with Marie, the Perkins Roofing Corp. set themselves apart as experienced, knowledgeable and professional. The Estimator, Jeremy, took time to understand the dynamic of our family, was courteous, punctual and accommodating. He took extra time to answer all our questions in person and in writing. The Project Managers, Carlos and Alejandro were also quite outstanding. They visited the site each workday and kept me up to date on the daily progress. They were excellent.
