I walked into The Chicos at The Woodlands mall. Jennifer promptly greeted me and set up a dressing room. Everyone in the store was so nice. They all seemed to work as a team to make sure all the customers were taken care. I am so pleased with all my clothes. I will definitely be back!

Love how clean and beautiful everything is. Love that no matter which store you go to they keep a record of your size available for you( only) . So important because each vendor size may be a tiny bit different. And most of the time I forget! Makes it so much easier and less time to lose more time to look. If they don’t have your size they will order it for you. Asap!

My Chicco store in The Woodlands is always very professional very friendly and is outstanding at customer service I've had several things that I've needed to return for a smaller size and they've always been quick to get back to me at my address
