My experience is ALWAYS FUN AND GOOD when I go here. John is a great manager who cares about his customers. I do wish they'd send a broader selection of dress shoes for women; they mostly have the same things, but the store can't help what they're sent.

Family shoe store with a little bit of everything. Although I'm kinda biased as I work here, I would like for you to judge us yourself. I believe my shoe dept. family excellent customer service and recently added loyalty program would speak for itself (Yay for loyalty discounts!). If you feel you were not taken care of to our best ability, I invite you to speak to me personally so I rectify.

I wasn't so sure about this place at first, but I was looking for a new pair of running shoes in the mall the other day, and I found a pair of Nikes that I really likes in JC Penny. I compaired with a few other stores, and they were at least $20 cheaper than the other stores at the shoe Dept. I was very happy.

The best place to get Converse, they're almost always on sale here. I got my son 2 pairs for less than $50!
