Best doctor's and employees I stayed 4 days in hospital, very good stay in everyway everyone should go see.

First time here,the appointment was cancelled because they said they didn't take our kind of Humana insurance...they lied...so had to remake appointment. Showed up early for paperwork but still didn't see Dr till over n hour later. :-(
(Found out that when some med ctrs get enough humana patients they turn ppl away....even after scheduling appointments.)

I’ll start with non-existing parking. Drove around for 20 minutes to find where to park, ended up on the top of the garage floor only because someone was leaving.
Weird smell on 3rd and 4th floors, not sure if there is any air filtering and purification is happening here. Not impressed. Would not come back.

Did blood work upon arrival and that’s it. Waited for 5 hrs with no new only thing they were able to tell me was that they did their job which was called the doctor so oh well. Worst experience and extremely long wait time for no reason.

Took my 90 year old mom to the ER. They won’t let me be with her even though I have an N95 mask. Mom is hallucinating. The ER is supposed to call me. It’s been 6 hours. They still are waiting on tests and won’t share anything even though I have medical POA on file. It’s horrible

Go elsewhere. Lots of issues at this hospital. Extremely scary experience. Doctor threatened me with 💀 because I didn’t have the COVID vaccine.

Completely disregarded my symptoms. Waste of time and money.
