I'm so pleased with the outcome ! I was having so much pain in my legs that i couldn't walk very far without having to sit down. They are a top notch team. So thankful i was referred to PADS and DR. Banerjee

I am always treated so nice by all staff members. Staff members are ready and willing to listen to me. They go above and beyond to make you feel at ease and comfortable. Melissa who works out of Woodlands PAD is so amazing . Excellent bedside manners. And of course Dr Banerjee is very informative and thorough

Just a few words to tell you about my experience at PAD. It was very good and all the people there are friendly and knowledgeable in their profession. I really like this place and I'm sure you will also. Thanks again PAD people for all you did for me.

I have been having lots of leg pain. My Dr recommended me to them. Once I was in the office I was greeted and taken care of right away. My appointment was great and finished in a timely matter.
Everyone was very nice and caring.

This location was very professional and prompt with how they handled my scheduling. I had called on a Friday to make a new appointment, and they were able to offer me an appointment by Monday morning! The staff at this location were all very kind and helpful. I especially liked the lady at the front desk (didn't get her name but she was from Spain). She was very professional and even offered me food as I was leaving the office. The ultrasound tech, the medical assistant, and the nurse practitioner were all very kind and understanding. Collin, the NP, spent a good amount of time talking with me. I didn't feel like he was trying to rush me out of the office, which I appreciate very much. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a PAD specialist. Thank you for taking care of me!

Been in pain with my foot for over a year,
Woodforest foot and ankle refered me .
First procedure with PAD the pain was gone
And I mean I was in pain that affected every step I took, I was 100% blocked and had a ulcer that would not heal. It has been 30 days and woodforest Monday will start grafts. Thanks PAD

Anyone suffering from PAD should go to this office for evaluation and treatment of this debilitating condition. My first encounter was with Melissa who did the history and ultrasound exam. The entire staff is caring and personable.We will refer our patients suffering from PAD to them for expert care from the time you walk in the door to the procedures and follow up visits. They deserve more than 5 stars for their care. Thanks again!

The staff was very kind and helpful. I can’t remember the the nurse’s name or the lady at the front desk. Both of them were attentive and caring. The PA Colin was through and explained everything that was going on. Overall it was an excellent experience and I would recommend them to anyone.

Wonderful place to go for your vein Doppler. I was treated with kindness. They where on time. I didn't set past my appointment nor was I put in a room to sit another length of time. Johnny on the spot. Very pleased.

I took my mother to an appt here at the Pad Specialist The Woodlands location and we had a wonderful experience. From the time we checked in, the staff was very friendly and professional. They treated my 93 year old mother with the greatest care, concern and respect.
Before the exam, we were informed of exactly what was going to happen. At the end of the visit, we left with a sense of relief and the Dr made my mom feel at ease that there were no major concerns.
As we were leaving, we were offered lunch from Jason's Deli. Wow, I was really surprised and grateful that the office staff was so generous and thoughtful. We drove all the way from Hockley and we hadn't ate breakfast or lunch so this was a pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend this clinic. Not just because of free lunch but the level of service was extraordinary.

I wish there was a million stars I could highlight!!! The professionalism, friendliness, cleanliness, and just the overall beautiful experience was second to none. The smiling faces of the receptionists and the workers indicates that people are happy with their jobs. Everyone introduced themselves, explained in great detail what the procedures would entail and what the next person would do as well. At the end of the visit, they offered us lunch!!!! It was not close to our home but well worth the drive. We will definitely let our family and friends know about PAD Specialists.

I am a patient in treatment now. From the first time I went I have been treated with the utmost care. From the time I walk in the receptionist are very friendly and treat me in a very special way. They check me in ask if I need anything and take care of all my needs. Tell me to have a seat and that I will be brought to the back shortly. With in about five minutes or less i am greated with Mrs Rogers please come this way you are in this room here and the doctor will be right in. Or if I am having a procedure done they bring back to the preop area and explain everything that I need do and what they will be doing.They all take fantastic care of you. Whether it is the Doctors or any of the staff they treat you with the utmost respect and try to do anything they possibly can for you and make you comfortable in every way they can
I would and will continue to recommend them to anyone I can .. 5 stars is not enough it should be a trillion

We visited The Woodlands office and had a wonderful experience. First there was hardly any wait time which was very important for us. All the staff was very professional and extremely friendly. The fact that they were bilingual was a plus. The office was very clean and well equipped, the waiting room had variety of cold drinks and snacks. The testing was done promptly and the NP was very thorough explaining the purpose and results of the testing. Highly recommend them.

Yesterday was my first visit to PAD and I had a wonderful experience. As soon as I told my name the receptionist immediately greeted me as a new patient. All the personnel I had to deal with, were very nice and very professional.
I loved the way they all treated me.

My mother had a appointment at PAD specialist and the experience was great. The staff was friendly and patient. Each person explained what their duties were during the consultation, the visit overall was great.

The Staff were very professional and personable starting with the receptionist and ending with the PA. I appreciated that the staff told me their name several times without me having to ask which was helpful because I forget names easily. Each person told me what they were going to do before they did it such as “I’m going to put a warm lotion on your leg”. At each step staff shared information with me. I felt significant and heard.

Pad specialists are awesome. My husband had two procedures in January. Both times he had some issues from the anesthesia.
Busim and Estepheania were awesome. There were others, but unfortunately I do not know their names. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone. They went over and above to ensure his well being. We will forever be greatful for the care he received.

I would recommend PAD Specialist to everyone. I had an amazing experience from my check in to my checkout. Everyone was very kind and considerate of my needs and concerns. Every question I asked was answered. The office staff even offered us lunch from Jason’s deli. What a great experience.

A great overall patient experience with a terrific outcome from a delicate medical condition. Caring, concerned, compassionate and complete in their approach. You will also be hard pressed to find a better overall customer service experience in healthcare (scheduling, follow up, reminders, verifications...).
