Dr. Morgan was so amazing with my tooth extraction. I went in very anxious, she was calming and she explained absolutely everything that was going on. They turned on some music. They got to work on the extraction. They truly care about you're comfortability. I make an hour trip just to come to the office because they are the best. This is the only office that I will ever trust to come to with any of my dental needs. Anyone who is reading the bad reviews about this office, just know that I've been here multiple times and I've never experienced any of the negative things that are being posted about the office. I've only had great experiences. They deserve five stars. Pricing is great as well. Dr Morgan and the staff have helped me get over my dental anxiety and I can't thank them enough for genuinely helping me. The little tube of ChapStick in the aftercare bag was a beautiful, well thought of touch.

I was shocked noticing how low the reviews for this place were, so I wanted to give my opinion/experience of it thus far.

First visit I had a cleaning and established a care plan with Dr. Coo to take care of multiple cavities. I've had severe issues with Dentistry offices in the past (Dentist who worked on me losing license it was so bad!) that resulted in me being scared to get my teeth checked for years. After I got diagnosed with T1D last year however, I decided I really needed to take better care of them. I informed the staff of this, and they were all understanding and made note of my sugar before starting my most recent filling procedure, told me to raise my left hand if I needed a break, etc. It helped ease any anxiety I had greatly!

I've been to a lot of dentists in the past that just tell you to close your eyes when flashed with the bright overhead lights, but this location provided sunglasses. Such a simple fix that any other dentist office could have implemented!

Dr. Coo has done an amazing job with my care plan thus far, and even got second opinions from another Doctor (Dr. Hassan I believe?) during my procedure- as it was at the possibility of needing root canal. It is just a day after the filling procedure, and I barely have any sensitivity or pain despite it being a deep filling. Hopefully it will not need further work for some time!

I will also say that I've had little to no issue with getting in touch with the office by phone to ask questions about my appointments and vice versa.

I can't speak for anyone else's experience with any other staff at this location, but my care so far has been great. It's important to know that with any dental work there is a risk for your body not taking a filling/procedure well, and needing more work done. It's best to be as less invasive initially as possible, and if that doesn't work out- then move forward from there.

The only downside I can think of is there is currently construction being done near the building which can make it difficult to access the location, and the building itself could use a bit of a remodel in my opinion (that elevator is kind of sketch) but that is of no fault of the staff or has anything to do with the quality of care here!

The extraction of my wisdom tooth went great. All staff was polite and helpful. The extraction site is still inflamed with pinneedle pain in it I've taken ibuprofen but I really think I need amoxicillin. Other than that they deserve a five star because of professionalism, kindness, and very caring. I will go there for any dental care I need.

I love this office, and I actually happened to be a patient by chance when my regular dentist could not fit me in after I took a hard blow to the teeth. They fit me in within two days. Now I'm officially a regular patient. I hate going to the dentist, but the staff are truly a pleasure. Dr. Shah is amazing and very kind. Jessica was thorough and didn't hurt me at all during my cleaning. The wait time was nil. I cannot say enough about this place.

Marshall Dentistry & Oral Surgery has always been professional, personable, and competent. I have never hovered in the waiting area more than 30 minutes. The billing is off-site and not timely. Of course, waiting and timely billing are not my main concerns.
My concerns are Skills and Patient Needs. Out front, Brandy has always been superb with calls, checking in, or estimates. Jessica tolerates me every three months for cleanings and does a great job. Kristy and Caytlyn have been crucial assisting with my fillings and crowns. I am older and have had a couple of urgent needs, but they somehow fit me in their schedule on a moment's notice.
Lastly, Dr. Hill has gone above and beyond dealing with my availability. He accepts my work schedule and has seen me on an emergency basis, including staying late. Dr. Hill is considerate, concerned, and highly competent.

I have been to see Dr. Hill two times now and each time I am impressed not only by the quality of the visit, but the wait time is minimal, the staff is courteous and friendly and the office is very nice and comfortable. Dr. Hill is so pleasant and even ask me what kind of music I like and then turned it on for me while he worked on my teeth. The atmosphere at the office was very happy and everyone always goes out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I have found my dentist and will be with their practice for a long time!!

I love Dr. Hill and his wonderful staff!! At each appointment I was greeted with a smile from the front desk staff and my wait time was within 15-20 minutes of the appointment time. The nursing staff was courteous and respectful while making sure I was comfortable. I will definitely recommend Marshall Dentistry & Oral Surgery to my family and friends. Two thumbs up!!

This is the first time that I have gone to Marshall Dentistry and I am very pleased. They were extremely nice and professional. They knew what they were talking about and weren't there to gouge you for money. They truly just want you to have a good experience. The office is very nice and the staff tries their hardest to do the best that they can when it comes to making sure your insurance works and you are ok with everything done. As long as they continue to take Tricare, my husband and I will continue to go here.

Dr khanna and his staff are AMAZING! After my son had surgery I had called after hours about a question I had. I was expecting a nurse to call me back and within minutes Dr Khanna himself called me. My mind was blown!!! A few days after the procedure my son knocked something loose. I just took him straight into the office without calling. The staff took us straight in and didn't say anything. After this experience I will never go to a different orthopedic surgeon.

Thank you!., to Dr. Gabi Edelman and her assistant!., yesterday I had teeth extracted and they made the time enjoyable, relaxing, and their professionalism was exceedingly great! I woke up this morning filling like a new person! HIGHLY APPRECIATED! The best wishes🙏

Dr. Shaw and the dental staff are professional and very friendly. State of the art equipment, and dental hygienist, Jessica is one of the best. Office staff is accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend.

Dr. Khanna and his staff are wonderful! I recently had a procedure done and Dr. Khanna and the staff were very caring and professional. I received a call the following day checking on how I was doing. I would not consider going anywhere else.

I’ve always been afraid of the dentist, but these dentists are gentle and understanding. I’ve hated my teeth my entire life but now I love my smile and I look forward to going to the dentist!!!
