Definitely a gym rat vibe. The owner is cool helps me out with form and techniques. Very good price for what they offer!

Great Gym I went with my girlfriend one time and I really enjoyed it. Reminds me of an Old School Bodybuilder Gym. For anybody who is serious about working out and you’re not too far from this one, highly recommend this. Staff is nice. If it is your first time they may let you in for free depending on who is at the front desk.

I personally like the rustic appeal of this gym. It reminds me of an old school body builder gym. Never really busy and they also have specialized equipment. The price is also great. If you're a local and want pack some muscle on you're frame, this is a great choice.

Great place to workout and members are really nice. Really gives it the old school look and vibe. You will put in the effort if you are willing too. If not then you should consider joining planet fitness or tru fit.

I workout here daily it is clean, e er too packed. I do aerobics class and it's great.

Judge free zone and the workers are very kind always there to help forgot my jump rope the other day and one of the workers lend me theirs even went to their car and got it :)
