Mrs. Monero saved my life. After years of being sick and dr after dr telling me I was just fat and needed to lose weight she did not. She believed me when I said something was wrong and I was tired of being sick all the time. Come to find I had Cancer. Because she listened and cared that I was sick she found the problem. I am now in remission and feel better than ever. She gave me my life back.

Dr. Moreno takes care of me and my siblings very much. She's very caring and funny, I love going to see the doctor when my mom tells me she's taking me. She always has a smile and is very caring.

DIRTY. I give them two stars for the fast testing. However, the place was unprofessional and dirty.

Not only are the nurses rude but they’re extremely unprofessional. My son is almost 2 years old and I am actively looking for a new pediatrics for him. I visited this clinic because he had his an infection and needed to be seen after an hour of waiting they told me that they could only see him if he switched to this clinic as his primary doctor. After telling them that I’m actively looking for a clinic and that I wasn’t ready to select one they told me that they were refusing services. I asked the nurse in the front (blonde girl)( she didn’t give me her name) why they didn’t inform me of this sooner so I could have gone to find another clinic and she told me that it wasn’t her problem. I really wanted to give them the opportunity even though the place is very dirty because it is close to home. They have signs all over the place about utilizing your mask but the nurses take there’s off to have conversations and eat. I think this has been the worst experience I have ever had with any clinic.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. Don’t bother trying to call later in the day to ask any type of questions. They continuously hang up while it’s ringing instead of just answering. It doesn’t take much to answer a phone, set up an appointment, or any of that. It makes this office look extremely lazy. Don’t be in the medical field if you don’t like to help people, simple.

Dr take 2 week or more to get signatures for paperwork and also they never communicate with each other and they're bad organized and they lie to you and they lose those papers and you have to fax them again the front staff are rude

It was good at first but this year they have been so rude unprofessional and they don't have the right equipment that they need they send you to the other clinic in pharr

This clinic has really rude people working they take 2 or no hours to call you in and then doctor just see you 2 minutes and you are out that is ridiculous

Incompetentes! Hablé temprano para ver si me podían ver y su respuesta fue venir después del mediodía, para después de llegar a la 1 oír que el de no llegaba hasta las 3:30, decidí dejarme apuntada y regresar después de esa hora, para que la recepcionista no me pusiera hasta las 5:30 como cita, a pesar de que llegue antes no me vino atendiendo hasta después de las 5:30 para decirme que no podía verificar mi seguro médico porque ya eran después de las 5, cuando desde la 1:30 yo había llegado, y lo peor querer cobrarme toda la consulta porque no supo hacer su trabajo, y decirme que regresara hasta el día siguiente, pues que creen que uno va por gusto y pierde días de trabajo nomás porque si, y lo más seguro que ni de la manejadora voy a recibir un llamada de vuelta, honestamente necesitan personas que si hagan su trabajo, y no estén perdiendo el tiempo en llamadas personales que todos los pacientes las escuchan, ahí si hay tiempo de sobra!
