Style Encore The Woodlands

I wouldn't take the "complainers" words to heart on these reviews. First impressions are everything to me. Everyone was so nice and helpful! I even accidentally left my phone on one side of the store, and one of the ladies was so sweet to find me, while I was still looking around, and returned it to me. And while I was trying on dresses, they (ladies who worked there & customers) gave me their opinions on them. I love honest opinions too. I will definitely be going back, and also recommending people to go here too! Just remember, stay positive and positive things will happen for you! <3

Took some clothes to sell ,the girls were so quick and polite . They were fast about an 1 to call you to tell you to come in your clothes were ready and priced .

This store is fantastic and the people who work here are the sweetest. I recently got initiated into my sorority at The University of Houston and needed a completely white dress super last minute. I called ahead and one of the associates pulled a bunch of white dresses off the floor for me and put them on hold so I had the best selection possible. Once I got there, the fitting room associate was the absolute sweetest girl ever and was so curious about my sorority and the process of initiation. She introduced herself by name and asked the name of every single person in the fitting rooms, checking on them often to see if they needed help. In the end, I found my dress and it was everything I needed and more, for only $8! After I bought my dress, I told my sorority sisters about my experience and a few of them drove up from Houston to buy dresses at this location based on my positive experience and the availability of white dresses in this store. Received really great customer service from the two girls who were working the front counter. Ended up buying a super cute Lulu bag!

I shop here at least once a quarter and sell once per year. I absolutely LOVE style encore. Really great brands at 70-90% off retail. My favorite brands to stock up on here are Athleta, Loft, and Free People. They always have a great selection, the store is organized so nicely!

I shop here all the time and have turned all my friends onto this store. They have a great selection of name brands and lots of clothes still have tags on them. I load up everytime I come in because it's so much more affordable than anywhere else I go (even though it's all the same brands I buy).

I always have an amazing experience at this location. The girls are always friendly and willing to help! The new manager, Andrea is incredible! There was a minor discrepancy with my account and she was able to quickly resolve it with grace and professionalism. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate her and her team.

Stopped by Style Encore yesterday and was pleasantly surprised! I was greeted as I walked in the door, the store was clean and stylish and had a nice ambience - this was a welcome change from my Plato's Closet experiences. I had an idea of what I was looking for and the manager, Andrea, helped me find the perfect items! I will definitely be back!

This place is awesome, I have been able to refresh my work wardrobe at a fraction of the cost. Many of the things I find are new with tags!

Jessica greeted me at the entrance. She was really nice. The wait time was good because I did arrive at 10:04. I loved how she also showed me everything and she was very attentive. I would highly recommend the store, especially because its very clean and it smells wow!! I also saw that she stopped buys because she was short staff and that was smart on her. I love the system that the have with the bins (they dont allow you to bring your own containers). Thats a good thing to do especially with covid 19.

Really great prices and brands. If you are coming to sell, I suggest calling first so that you know what they are looking to by as it varies depending on season, current
inventory and items in demand.

I drive out of my way to come to this specific Style Encore for many reasons:
1. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and working hard. None of them ignore any of the customers to keep conversing with their friends or other co-workers (which I've experienced at another location).
2. It is VERY clean and well organized, also very spacious to allow for stress free browsing, even for those customers with strollers or wheelchairs.
3. They appreciate and buy fashionable clothing, shoes, handbags, and accessories, even PLUS SIZE.
4. They allow sellers to drop off their items and leave to come back later if needed. This is convenient to those of us who have many errands to and dont want to sit and wait at the resale store for hours.

Well murchandised, top brands, and terrific service. My friends and I have so much fun in there. Use their app and follow them on social media to know when there are discount days.

Always a wonderful experience at this location. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is clean, neat and organized. The items they purchase are like new and excellent condition. The service and selection is second to none.

Would recommend. I find something cute most of the time. Clean. I buy and sell here with no issues. Love that everything is in color order.

My favorite place to get name brands for a huge discount! Anne Taylor, Loft, Chicos, etc. All the mall brands but for WAY less!!! Staff is wonderful and super helpful!
