Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

We had a bus load of people. It was prearranged but this establishment exceeded expectations! Servers were excellent, kitchen had the food out quickly, hostesses, manager ALL of the staff were exceptional. It’s a lot of work to serve 50+ people at once and they nailed it!!!

Our server, Libby, was exceptionally sweet, welcoming, accommodating and did absolutely everything right plus going above and beyond. I’m a former server and understand the challenges of large groups for a restaurant from seating, to drink orders, pre main course items, the kitchen getting all of the orders out, desserts-if any, checking on the guests throughout and cleaning up. Oh, and they were already incredibly busy when we arrived and as we were leaving.

Kudos to the entire team at this Olive Garden location!!! They were phenomenal!!!

We came in to celebrate veterans Day. Was told we would have to wait 45 minutes, but we only had to wait half the time. The longest part of the experience was waiting for the food to arrive. Drinks and salads/soups were timely. Would recommend this place to anyone. Our server was top notch.

We were having a very nice afternoon dinner when this couple was seated next to us. They were screaming at each other to talk. I literally had to cover my ears up they were making me so uncomfortable. It ruined the meal when it arrived. I couldn’t believe management didn’t ask them to quiet 🤐 down or if they wished to be relocated in the last dinning room.

Really enjoyed the food and service. It was delicious. It can be a little on the pricy side, but it is a great place to celebrate some occasion.

I was sated right away they saw I had a cane so they sat me very close to door first booth .My weighter was very nice came quit. I love the place very good food I had the Tore of Italy it was fantastic.

Ambrosia was our waitress, and she was awesome!!! Polite, down to earth, friendly, all of the above! We can't recommend her enough! We said all night how great we thought she was! Our food was delicious!! Had the creamy mushroom marsala and loved it!

Love coming here! You get plenty of food and it's always nice and hot! It's my favorite place to stop for lunch after a morning of shopping.

I'm gonna say most people who go to Olive Garden know what they are getting. They are a very popular chain and thus most people (I'm assuming) are looking for reviews on the service at the particular location not necessarily the food.

Although I don't go to the Highlands often, I've been there more than enough times to have an opinion of almost every establishment.

I've never received poor service at this location or had to endure a long wait. My food always comes out very hot and the servers have always done a good job at checking back on us. The food quality seems pretty consistent with any other Olive Garden.

Jacinda was just so kind and bubbly, and made our experience here amazing. We had been driving through bad weather and were tired/ a bit grumpy originally. We did the unlimited soup, salad &breadsticks number and she was honestly the most attentive waitress I’ve had at an Olive Garden in a long time.

The meal was fantastic as usual! We came in to celebrate our anniversary and Crystal made it a great one! She was very kind and attentive the entire time. We appreciated her service very much and will definitely be returning.

Great server. Food was well cooked. Great experience.

Visited for a to-go order on June 27th near an hour before closing. Had Fried Mozzarella and Chicken Alfredo and both were delicious. Nice service, especially the hostess upfront was friendly and a sweetheart.

We love Olive Garden! Always have good food. Service is always exceptional.

We had a great waitress who was on top of everything. Fast service for lunch, all meals looked and tasted great. Did you know that some Olive Gardens, if in stock, have cheese graters for purchase? Our waitress checked for us and we were able to buy one for $15.

We were seated immediately upon entering. Server was courteous and prompt. Food came out quickly and was very good.

Soup and salad and breadsticks for and fresh. The waiter was outstanding and it was a wonderful experience.

Wish I caught our waitresses name but both her and the manager were so sweet! They va me over to say hi to our son and when I asked for some mints due to my pregnancy cravings they gave a ton! Made my day 😊

Olive garden was great, as always. It's been a while for us so we really enjoyed it ☺😁
