Dr. Hopkins is an amazing pediatrician. She is very thorough and takes her time and really cares about children's health.

I think highly of Dr Marcum. She is a wonderful Dr. My problem is with her staff. They are friendly enough. Being able to get an appointment hasn't been an issue. They utterly fail in being accessible, returning calls, and communication in general. You will be lucky to get a live person on the phone. It will be automated or voice mails. There is not an option to request a live person in the automated options. They may or may not call you back. Expect a lot of phone tags. They absolutely don't listen. I've left my home number. Her MA seems not to understand and keeps calling my husbands cell number. At work! It is a struggle to contact them. I finally have had enough and cancelled all appointments to look for another Dr. Her staff is a liability to her.

I’ve been sweating and freezing with a pounding headache. I went today and they were suppose to call in antibiotics and never did. So I went for nothing. I’m laying here freezing to death and needed to start my antibiotics so I could go back to work. I’m so upset! I’ll never go back. I’ve left messages and no one calls back. It’s closing time so another night without medication.
