Walgreens Pharmacy

I have been going here for over a year. I have never had a problem. They are helpful with answers to all my questions. My prescriptions are always filled on time. Staff is kind and curtious.

The staff is always very helpful and friendly. Home town people that really care.

They notify their patients when their prescriptions are due for refill, they are quick to get your order ready and they have great consultation!

The drive thru takes a long time. Inside wait time is as long as the drive thru. Great people working there. No public restroom. Vitamins and supplements go on sale regularly, Buy 1 get 1 half off.

Wondering if theyll open friday so my mom can get her medicine the other one in russellville wont fill it

Very slow compared to my old pharmacy

The pharmacy has bunch of the most stupid people working for them, can't tell you when meds will be ready or a rough time frame, go to pick up meds and im missing some, go back up there and wait and wait then get told can't have them now need to wait till weekend

I am currently on hold and have been for 1 hour and 21 minutes. I was told 2 people were ahead of me, then one, and I was on hold for so long that I had my daughter call and it said more than 3 people were ahead. So clearly they were not answering phone calls in the order of which they were made.

I'd summarize my review in one word but some may feel that to be too brief. With that said one word describes this particular location: incompetent

They need more help. Overwhelmed staff. They try their best.
