I'm an "out of towner" (Cincinnati), but I usually try to find the most beautiful and interesting cemeteries wherever I travel. Woodmere did not disappoint, in fact I went twice to photograph the beautiful monuments and well kept grounds.

This is a beautiful cemetery. I have family here and the grounds are well kept. I have spent many moments just walking the grounds and enjoying the serenity.

Was in Woodmere after dark last week. The Old Abbey was all lit up. But we dont have lights showing on the building. Took a few minutes before i figured out the stadium lights from Huntington High was coming thru the trees.

Very peaceful place. This is one of the more beautiful and well kept cemeteries in Huntington.
