The sales ladies were friendly, helpful and willing to do what they could to insure that we found what we were looking for. Made us feel welcome. Now days, that’s hard to come by. Thank you Mary! I love our new living room set. I will definitely be back.

Our Salesperson Mary was wonderful to work with in choosing a recliner. She greeted us as we entered and was friendly without being pushy. I normally shy away from the sales staff but she made us feel comfortable and let us know she was there when we needed her. She was very knowledgeable about the fabrics, quality, and care of the furniture, and I so appreciated her insight with my pros and cons in chosing the right chair for us. I will definitely seek Ms. Mary out for any future purchases at Value City Furniture.

I walked in and Mary spoke to me and asked if she could help me find anything. I was so pleased to see someone so friendly and attentive. Went in to look for a new bedroom set. Our salesman Johnny was very knowledgeable, professional and super friendly. The check out process was quick and easy. The delivery team was prompt and professional. I would definitely recommend Value City for your furniture needs. And, we will return if need be in the future.

I cannot say enough about the nice gentlemen that delivered our furniture. I didn't catch their name, but I know they were brothers. They made an extra trip out to deliver to us after their day was already supposed to be done. They were so nice, and very efficient. They did a great job, and we appreciate their help in the final step to getting our new furniture!

Looking for a relaxed professional no-pressure atmosphere to purchase quality Furniture? Look no further than Value City Furniture. My experience purchasing a Mattress Set from Value City was excellent. I worked with Saleslady Mary Jones through the entire purchase and she was very professional. I was a little skeptical at first because I wasn't really sure as to what mattress firmness I really needed, Mary assured me that if the set I chose didn't fulfill my needs that there was a Re-Select policy in place that would allow me a second choice if needed. Well true to form, I did have to make a second choice and it was easy as pie. I highly recommend working with Miss Jones on your next visit to Value City Furniture, she's very Courteous and Pleasant to work with.

Johnny Spicer made our first ever furniture purchase stress free, personable, and answered any and every question we had. I would recommend him to any of my friends or family members looking to update their homes. I want to go out to lunch with him! Made a new friend today.

Update 2: Delivery went so smoothly. I made the mistake of mis-measuring one of our spots for a sofa and Value City took care of my return. I’m so grateful! Dave and Jack were our delivery team and they were great, so professional and kind. They put so much care in their job. I can’t thank you all enough for helping this happen for us.
