I had a very good experience the manager at the 3rd st enterprise was very helpful and was extremely concerned about how my rental experience went. He went above and beyond expectations to make my experience with them a very good and lasting one. I definitely recommend that store because the manager there definitely cares about having satisfied customers.

The agent Mr Wes was the man of the hour. Mrs Amanda always doing what she do best. Making sure my family have a comfortable safe trip. Best team hands down

My car was in the shop for almost a month. They gave me a 2024 Toyota Corolla, I obviously missed my car very much, but they were very accommodating. They even picked me up/dropped me off at the shop where my car was being worked on. Super friendly staff! They laughed at my dad jokes, so that’s a green flag in my book.

Great experience everytime! I love that I get my deposit back almost immediately as well. The staff on 3rd Ave is always the best, they're very polite & helpful.

Matt at Enterprise in Huntington came through when the 15 passenger van we had reserved was not available. We were provided an 8 passenger Expedition which was more than adequate for our needs due to cancellations of participants. Will definitely seek their assistance again in the future with personal and business needs.

Enterprise employees are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about their automobiles . We only use them because I know they will give the best price around and you get a good vehicle to drive. We have used them for over 5 years , every year we drive to Las Vegas for the Pool tournament we choose Enterprise. Thank you all for great service!

Picked me up from the body shop. I am sick with cancer treatments, and they were very understanding of me having to sit down during the paperwork process, as I have a lack of energy. Staff was super nice, and I love that I have a Toyota to drive.

Best car rental experience I've ever had!!!!!!!

Enterprise was there when I needed them. I was given an upgrade at the same price, the vehicle was top-notch, and I was allowed to turn the car in that night via drop keys in box. My refund was timely. Not to mention the enterprise employee was nice, friendly, and very helpful. I will rent from enterprise again.

I have used Enterprise off and on whenever I needed a car and never had a problem. This last time, early April, I was able to book on line and all was ready when I picked it up and on my way within minutes. The staff, esp. the rep I had, Kevin, were very helpful. The car I requested was clean, inside and out and no problems.

I have never had a bad experience with Enterprise!! The workers are always helpful and friendly, the cars are clean, low mileage, and best of all, they accept my debit card without hassle.

I have a get-around car for home, but depend on Enterprise for trips. I am never disappointed - the rates are low, service high.

My family owns a commercial cleaning business - 1st Call Janitorial Services - and we are regularly in need of both vans and other vehicles for services and visits that are outside the Huntington area. The staff is ALWAYS ready and eager to help with any need I have as they sometimes change by the day. I can ALWAYS depend on them to come through for me. The rates are reasonable and the rewards points for my Enterprise Plus are multiplying. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my business. I consider them a partner! I simply used the Enterprise app to start a reservation and the staff had the necessary documents and the rental car ready when I came for pickup the next day. Such an easy, affordable process with a very personable team!

Very nice attentive staff. Came to this location instead of the downtown location where I reserved my car. They went out of their way to help us and was able to change the reservation to their location so we wouldn't be inconvenienced.
