This right here is some good country cooking!!! U dont find these places anymore and this is def a hidden gem in bluefield. The portions aren’t overly big and the food and milkshakes are sooo good !! If u have a picky eater on ur hands take them here bc this is some good American country food right here 🙌🙌🙌👌

Amazingly, I attended Central Jr High and had no clue that this place existed until my 90 yr old dad introduced me to the place.

Great food - hidden secret in Bluefield. You will not be disappointed - grilled cheese with a tomato, chili is delicious and brown beans with onions and cornbread is one of my dad's staples.

We love it. Been going there forever. Food is wonderful and the service is always great.

Just like home cooking. Beans and cornbread as good as grandma's. Barbecue and slaw are great also. I thought all the small diners like this had disappeared. Will stop here again. Great meal, low price always brings me back.

I don't get to stop here often but when I get the chance I do.! I wish they where open on Sundays. I love their soups and breakfast!

This place is excellent. The food and service is great. The prices are reasonable. It is a restaurant with limited seating, but if you enjoy a home cooking style of eating, over chain eateries you will find it enjoyable.

Love going here just to have a Big Jim (deep fried ham sub)! Fried mushrooms, and mozzarella sticks as sides this time. Everything was delicious as always! Highly recommended. For desert you must try a hot fudge cake, it is to die for!

They have everything from beans & cornbread to salads to biscuit & gravey to French toast which is one my faves
Anything you want how you want... The staff is very friendly and helpful and they are pretty quick on their orders.

This place is unbelievable since i moved down here from maryland couldnt really find a place good to eat at well mah came through and show me thus place and i loved it best home cook meals from scratch the taste that will melt in your mouth when you take a bite given you the flavor you ask for many choices to choose from family friendly very kind hospitality and respectful when ordering great place to take the family to eat or just wanna get away on your own for some quality time this is the place to go for an intresting time food and ice cream

First time eating there I got the Philly plate sooo good Coleslaw was awesome and the Philly was really good fries even on point !!! We'll be back ty!!!

My Mom and I had BBQ sandwiches, see service was quick, prices low and it had a home like feeling. We really enjoyed it.

It’s where the locals go, but everyone is welcome! Excellent breakfast, reasonable prices, quiet atmosphere.
