Buddy's All American Bar-B-Que

I had nearly given up on finding good local BBQ when I was referred to buddy's. We decided to give it a try and oh my goodness I'm so glad we did. Every item we ordered was great and on point. The service was awesome and very accommodating. Over all I give Buddy's a A+. We will be returning on a regular basis to enjoy the amazing menu items.

The pulled chicken and pork sandwiches are my go to sandwiches because they are excellent. The burgers and wings are also really good. The staff has always been great as well.

Boyfriend and I decided to stop here while visiting Huntington to scope out Marshall University and BOY HOWDY. This food alone makes me want to go to grad school here. The ribs were to DIE for, meat nearly falling off the bone and everything. They had the perfect amount of sauce and the flavor was *chef's kiss* (pardon the piece of meat missing in the picture, I could. Not. Wait.). The Mac n cheese was perfect, and so were the baked beans. He got the pulled pork and smoked sausage, both of which were cooked and sauced to perfection. The garlic bread was crispy and buttery but not overly greasy. The onion rings had thicccc slices of onion and were super crispy but not dry. We ordered to-go and it was ready in 10 minutes. Staff was friendly and super speedy. 10/10!!

I had wings with green beans and my husband had ribs with potato salad and a side of beans.

The service was great and we were seated immediately and did not wait long for our food.

Wow this place!!! Every single item was awesome! Seriously! I got the homemade cracklins for my filipina wife. They love that stuff. My mother did too. I normally hate them. The store bought ones. Wow these were amazing!! A little hot spicy tho.
I got the two meat for me and the wife. All the meat we had was wonderful. Brisket, pulled pork, supposed to be half chicken but was a quarter, and the chicken wings. Love the mango habanero sauce it's our favorite wing sauce we have had elsewhere too. Mac n cheese was delish! Wish they offered 10 hush puppies Bec it's too expensive just for the 5 pc appetizer. But some come with the meal.... Omg so good!!! Also got the potatoes skins w pulled pork. They were awesome! The BBQ sauce was amazing too! Perfect!
Only reason I have 4 stars for service was the bar tender where I Sat to eat she had no idea about the beers Bec she's "not a beer drinker". So she can't answer anything about the hops or taste of the beer. To me that's absolutely silly to have someone bar tending like that. Basically clueless. But she was very polite and attentive. Hard working. So for that I can forgive her.... LoL both ladies in reacted with were very nice. When I asked about the chicharones as they call them in the Philippines or cracklins here. She was enthusiastic about them and sold me on getting them. I wanted to experience fresh hand dipped ones. Overall the food was th BEST BBQ I've ever had. Never have had every time hit a 5/5! Even better than the BBQ spot that Rick from Pawn Stars owns in Vegas!

The food was amazing! The brisket was mouthwatering and the ribs were fall of the bone soft! Our waitress April was amazing! Loved her attitude and personality!

Food and service is always good, been eating there for years. Even if they are busy the servers make sure they check on you, and will let you know when your food will be out.

Their smoked bbq is some of the best I’ve ever had! Flavor is on point and love the ribs.

Staff are super friendly. The best fried chicken wings around. I wish I found this place sooner.

They had a pretty large menu and at the recommendation of our waitress, we both chose to get a platter which came with a choice of one or up to four types of BBQ meats, two.sides and a choice of hush puppies or garlic bread. I ordered unsweetened tea and the waitress brought me a quart size canning jar of my beverage. Both the food and the tea were delicious. We'd highly recommend this place.

Poblano cheddar soup, pulled pork sandwich and of course deep fried banana peppers!!! One of my favorite places to go!!

During the 2020 lockdown of American citizens, this drive through pickup of my order for dinner worked out really well. Good BBQ always. Had a brisket salad. Brisket was a little dry, but considering these times, it was all good. Carry on and be safe out there.

Could be the best barbecue place in Huntington. There are other great ones, but this one has been here the longest and is perhaps my family’s favorite place to eat. I normally get the large pulled pork sandwich. It’s incredible. Along with their to die for potato salad. This last time I got the full rack of ribs. I do believe these are the best ribs you can get in Huntington. The sweet tea is great too.

I will definitely go back to Buddy's, the sooner the better. The place itself is super clean, the atmosphere is relaxing, the service was excellent, the prices were very reasonable and the portions were great. And don't even get me started on the wings! O..M..G, their teriyaki wings had to be some of the best wings I've EVER had!! To the owner/management of Buddy's...don't change a thing!!

Thought this was a "hole in the wall" place. I'm very glad I stopped here for lunch. The server was very personable and a joy to be around. The food was absolutely amazing!
