True hero's. This is a social problem and until we have a real honest talk about heroine and other such pharmaceutical/manufactured drugs it will continue to grow. These people are on this to get away or feel no pain. Find the pain or reason for running and help that for these EMS personals self being can only see so many so close to the end before it's effects kick in. Help a hero by helping an addiction find why the pain is there? Together we can. Also ending the Federal Reserve together would put money back into the pockets of the people ending many people's pain. Research why income tax is illegal? And thank an EMS and firemen the true hero's in modern day chaos. Big THANK YOU from MN. Keep up the great work we see you.

Great group of people.. always professional and courteous from the times I've seen and worked with them.. the negative reviews shouldn't be taken seriously these people are not emts or paramedics they've never done the job and don't know any about protocol's or what might slow response times

Insurance fraud? Unprofessional and shady accounting. Double billed my dad for services over three months ago. Dad and I have contacted them numerous times, with employees saying his overpayment will be refunded in two weeks. This has occurred since the middle of September. The two employees we've spoke with continue to say "two more weeks" with absolutely no results. Contacting overseeing administration and state regulators because no refund of the double payment has happened for over three months. This is despite both employees admitting the company owes my dad the refund. Again, unprofessional and shady accounting. Plus wondering if this insurance fraud.

Extremely dissatisfied with their billing procedures. They neglected to write down my apartment number with my address, and thus the only notice of a bill I received was a letter from a collection agency. No other attempts of notifying me were made by Cabell County EMS.

Don't get me wrong; I will pay the bill, but their act of incompetency will discourage me from using their service in the future.

Illegal billing practices. Tried to bill an auto accident to health insurance I no longer had when the at fault's party was giving them a run around. They should only bill out to my medical insurance after the auto insurance pays out.

Cabell County EMS responded to a 911 call I made on behalf of a co-worker who I thought might be having a stroke. They arrived at the wrong side of the building and appeared to be in no great hurry to reach the patient. What do we all know about strokes??? That time is SO important. Not impressed.
