278 Auto Wash and Detailing

So far I have been very disappointed. 3 or 4 phone calls were answered promptly and professionally, or so I thought. No one showed for the scheduled appointment and the prompt phone attention has disappeared. This must be an untrained individual that doesn’t understand business. Probably worked at a car wash and thought that just washing vehicles was enough knowledge. Businesses require customer service. I am curious as to how you make money if you don’t show up for appointments and then not have the common curtesy to answer the phone when I’m waiting all day or return the phone call. I think I understand why you pretend to own a car wash business, because the way you pretend to work I can’t believe you could hold a job anywhere for very long. I would suggest that you get a job flipping burgers. I won’t name any burger joints because I wouldn’t want them to have their reputation tarnished by your lack of professionalism and your obvious lack of motivation and desire. It is strange that you can come off on the phone as genuine and in reality be just a phoney want to be. I would say go get your old job back, but they obviously fired you or you wouldn’t be treating customers like garbage. NATHAN, I really hope that you figure it out before you lose everything. You are certainly on the fast track to accomplish that.
