My favorite grocery store. The prices are the most reasonable within a 50 miles radius. The meat is always fresh. Customer service is great. Very clean.

I love the variety and fresh produce and meats.

They have a wide selection of everything. They cut their meat. You can actually get a thick steak with good marbling. Prices are comparable to big grocery stores. I prefer to by my meat from here.

Best meat department hands down. Staff is always friendly and helpful. While the selection of products may suffer compared to a chain, I can usually find what I need.

The store was clean ,the people that work there was very nice, you would always see someone working on the floor keeping things clean and neat. I really do like shopping there.

The store is very well stocked, clean, and neat. You can find pretty much everything that you need. The staff is very polite and asked if I needed help. It's a pleasure to shop here.

I never have any issues when I shop here. The sales associates are always kind and attentive. I've also never had to wait in a line for long periods of time. There's only one time I shopped there and one of the male employees had this blank and unsettled look on his face. It was as if he was staring off into space. I was uncomfortable because I had my daughters with me, so I cut my shopping trip short that day. Overall it's a good place to shop.

I drive up from Montgomery to shop here. I'm guaranteed to find something I had from my childhood that you can't find anyplace else. It gives you a nice trip down memory lane. The staff is always nice,the store is clean,every day sales with great prices. I love shopping there.

I have been going here since I was a child. The best meat prices in Alabama. Try you one or three BBQ sandwiches because those have also been around for many many years!! The recipe never needs changing! I will always travel to shop here. It's worth the time and gas. The store is clean and the staff are friendly. Thanks Carmacks for still going strong.

The best little secret around. The best meats period. Great deals on many other items too. Friendly staff and extremely clean store. A must visit. You can find anything you want there. More like a throwback grocer that has kept up with the times.

Best grocery store ever! Small town with even smaller prices! Nothing but the friendliest of people. Definitely worth the drive to get fresh cut meats and not the more expensive, prepackaged stuff found elsewhere.

I have been a patron of Carmack for as long as I can remember. Their meat is TOP quality, I've NEVER in 30 years had a tough steak from them. Or any meat for that matter. Drive a little, and get a full loin of ribeye steak. Thank me later👍

The prices and the deals they have are really good. The freshness of the food is a plus. I have never had a problem with that. Customer service is okay, they just stare to much instead of taking care of business....
