Dempsey's Resolution Fitness

When I first started Dempsey's was great! I went from doing NOTHING to being very active! I never lost more than 5 pounds, but I did loose 7% body fat and I could feel my closthes getting loose. But that only happened for 2 months. The third month it stayed the same. Then he took away the bootcamp class that I went to which made it hard for me to attend. Then I had to take a break for 6 weeks as I had no childcare. When I went back, he started changing a bunch more crap which made it difficult to track MY fat loss as he changed how he measured it and admitted that his new thing is 10% off, okay if its off and the other thing you did wasn't... why change? All in all, it was a good class for a FEW MONTHS to get you off the couch! After that it sucks and becomes redundant. You can EASILY do it all at home. SO sign up for a special but don't waste any more money after that!

**** Yes that was my original review, after just 7 weeks, I never said I didn't loose anything, after being in for 6 moths I changed my tune because I had more experience with the program. And I included the same fat loss ratio in my new post... not about not getting my way, it was about giving customers a heads up so they don't waste $600 like I did! Oh and BTW, he likes to talk about old clients. As I was in the class he talked about "Big Rose" one of his current clients at the time. Talked about his rich Indian guys who never wanted to pay full price and a specific few girls who now after not being in his class anymore "filled out their jeans and not in a good way" I am certain he talks about me in this manner as well. I am obviously not skinny. But wow! Thanks for adding that in there Eric... I can ad more too! Oh yeah, and the only reason I reviewed in the first place was to get a free session! Of course it was going to be good I was still in my first 2 months and was doing well. As I said in the post after the first two months things slowed down and then stopped completely.
