Don't expect your refills to be called in to your pharmacy in a timely manner. I've been waiting 14 days for a refill, called the office twice, pharmacy has sent request twice and nothing is still getting done.

Dr. Lanoue is extremely unprofessional and incompetent. I know from nurses that have worked with him that he should have lost his license a long one ago. He is the worst possible doctor, especially if you are pregnant. I was going to take my children to see him, but after hearing the stories and meeting him, I changed my mind. Call it mom instinct and the fact that my kids love (mostly) everyone and they hated him. I just got a gross feeling from him, the same feeling I have gotten during my work with child molesters. However, Sue Gray is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She is a Nurse practitioner.
