The staff at WoS at the Encore Boston location were excellent, I visited once and was politely shown all the options, and brands they carried, tried on any model that I requested, and was provided excellent service. The next week I decided on a model and called the boutique to ask about stock/availability. They were great on the phone, and provided me all the information I needed. We weren't sure if they could get one in stock, but knew they could order it for me. We agreed to meet in a few days and to my surprise they had the watch waiting for me. The service from start to finish was 5 stars, and I look forward to shopping with them again.

Where to start? We were first-time watch buyers a bit out of our elements but wanted to celebrate our marriage. After going around different watch shops in boston being disappointed as a last resort, we came here. Conclusion: Watches of Switzerland @ Encore's team and especially Jeff was just downright incredible and will be our go-to place for watches.

Jeff helped us wittle down and find the style and feeling of watches we wanted within our budget. During downtime, he explained the history of some watches and the detailing of each one. We have learned so much and happily left the store with two watches perfect for us. We hope to visit them again when we would want new watches. Basically, this place is up to the brim with exceptional service and professionalism, and I thank them for making our day end with a perfect bow.

We’re originally from NY and we come ever so often to look at watches and Peter has been very helpful with answering questions and finding a suitable watch for me. They have a good variety of watches and will also go out of their way to order the watch you want if they don’t have it in store. Check them out !

First and foremost, I’m a mechanical watch nut with affinity for several brands (Rolex, Panerai, IWC, Patek, etc.) Being out of town for a conference, what could be more exciting than arriving and seeing in the lobby of my hotel an incredibally well-stocked watch retailer. And, not to mention, great representations of pieces from Panerai, IWC and others. Peter Lee was the first person I met and a delight to work with. In the time we were talking, the very piece I had been searching for arrived to my excitement. Thank you Bria Sutton for bringing this one out and the entire staff for being generally awesome and creating a wonderful experience. This may be my first from here, but definitely not the last. If you are in Boston and have a love of watches, be sure to go see Bria, Peter, and the team at the Encore. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommended!

I came in to have the band of my watch resize and everything was so quick and seamless! Peter, Michelle and Alex were so helpful and friendly. Customer service were topnotch! They are also very knowledgable about their watches. Highly recommend!

WS continuously provides too-level service on every visit to their shop. They are quick to serve and extremely knowledgeable on a wide array of products. Quick ride from the Encore Ferry to get here and wouldn’t trust anybody else in the Boston area for watches.

I came in today looking to change the straps of my watch and had the pleasure of dealing with peter. He was really friendly and took care of my watch in a timely fashion. ( no pun intended) overall he had a really great personality and is definitely an asset to the company!!!

Great experience purchasing from Michelle at Watches of Switzerland. We sat down and were offered refreshments while I tried on and inspected about eight different watch options before finally settling on the one that was right for me. The staff offered to size the bracelet and register the warranty for me which was a helpful timesaver. I would highly recommend Watches of Switzerland to anyone looking for a welcoming, no pressure, watch shopping experience.

Incredibly knowledgeable staff and comprehensive selection. My son and I learned and enjoyed from Jeff and his staff, incredible details regarding the nuances of Omega watches. We both celebrated and commemorated my son’s athletic scholarship with a blue Sea Master time piece. We will be back, to purchase other fine watches, with confidence.

I went there for a strap adjustment for a Tissot watch. Peter was very helpful with my options and Alex adjusted the strap to my satisfaction. Overall, I had a pretty positive experience here.

Purchased the Omega Seamaster with Jeff and Alex. Amazing customer service, had no idea what I wanted when I walked in but they answered my questions knowledgeably and showed me options that exceeded my expectations. Watches of Switzerland have always treated me well as a client. Brought in my dad’s early Father’s Day Rolex DJ to have the links adjusted. Peter and his partners in the store were very friendly and professional. They don’t sell new Rolexes, but they do have used inventory, and were happy to assist with adjusting my dad’s watch. 15-20 minutes was all it took. Thank you Peter for the outstanding service!

Extremely pleased with the service provided. Worked with Jeff on getting a watch sized and explored a few new pieces that I am considering buying now. He was very knowledgeable of the various make and models. It was clear that he knows the little details of the watches from the movements to the materials used and was able to point out some new items I wasn’t previously considering and changed my opinion on them in a positive way. When the time comes for my next purchase I plan on making the purchase here and with Jeff.
