Way more home like than the hotels I was in for work. I do construction for work and I do enjoy loud music my hearing is not the best.

I received a complaint a week after moving in about loud music and the property management was very prompt on letting me know so I could keep from bothering my neighbors.

Insides are nice. Im in an extended stay for corporate housing so it came furnished.

The landscaping was refreshed promptly when I requested around my patio. Friendly management.

*notice to 420 lovers as it is a legal state, I’d suggest keeping your flower in the car as you don’t need to smoke in the building to receive the smoking fine. Store it outside and avoid my mistake.

It was on a Saturday at 1:20pm. I called, and they answered. Met with me, and that day I signed for an apartment to rent. They were so friendly and willing to work with me. They have beautiful, CLEAN housing. They are definitely a 5 star company. Thank you!

I love my apartment! Sunset Cove is the nicest place to live in Danville. Very spacious units with updated appliances and great taste in interior design. Pet friendly. Laundry room and walkways are always well maintained. I have always felt safe and it is in a perfect location minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores, salons, coffee shops, and more! Management is very responsive and Rachelle has always promptly taken care of any issue I’ve had. Rent is reasonable and you can pay through an app and set up auto pay. I would recommend this place to anyone. I am truly lucky to have such great property management. You really get your money’s worth here! Not to mention most of my neighbors are respectful and courteous.

So extremely helpful and considerate of my needs. A stark contrast from other property management companies in the area.

Our company has been using Heartland Properties to house our out of town employees. They have been so great to work with and make setting everything up so easy. I do always ask for feedback from our employees. We just had an employee here for a week and this is what he had to say... "It was really clean and seemed updated. I would prefer that again. It was pretty quiet too which was nice."

Best property management company in Danville without a doubt. Prestine apartments, perfect communication & overly prompt service requests (they even notice things you haven’t and will fix them in addition to what they’re already there for.) We are beyond happy with our modern and perfectly located apartment of 1.5 years. I recommend Heartland to anyone looking for a place.
