Chalet 76

Loved my time at Chalet 76! The space is beautiful and the owners have gone above and beyond ensuring you have everything needed for your stay. During my visit we spent majority of time at the house enjoying the many games and amenities available including the hot tub, corn hole, and air hockey. This was the perfect relaxing getaway and I will absolutely be booking in the future!

I spent a few days here over the winter for a work retreat and I can say this place is fantastic! It's incredibly clean, maintained, and spacious and offers a variety of different sleeping arrangements for a large group. The main living area connects to the kitchen and to the large deck off of the back- making it a wonderful spot to congregate! And the hot tub is an essential add-on after a long day on the slopes. Chalet 76 is the perfect spot for your trip to Sunday River!

Chalet 76 is the perfect spot for a group trip to Sunday River! With activities to enjoy all four seasons, easy access to restaurants and breweries, and a house like this....you and your group are in for a great time! The house is spacious and clean and has all the amenities you would expect! The hot tub is an added bonus! Plenty of parking available! Would definitely stay here again!

My Family highly enjoyed our stay at Chalet 76! This home is beautiful, super clean, spacious, and so close to the mountain. The hot tub and fire pit was a perfect end to each day!! Perfection!! This house is amazing! Super clean and convenient and perfect for a family getaway. The extras that this house offers are amazing…from the hot tub to the coffee bar to the private chef available!! Will definitely be returning without a doubt! Easy to book, reasonable and communication was great! 💯 recommend to anyone wanting to book a family vacation or girls trip!!

What are YOU looking for in a vacation home? Chalet 76 has it all! This a beautiful property in every sense you can imagine: minutes from Sunday River (literally right of the main road to the mountain); nestled beautifully and privately in the pines trees; room for a crowd (we had 13 people but I believe it sleeps 18); gorgeous Livingroom with vaulted ceilings and a large fireplace; huge secluded back deck; fantastically stocked kitchen which made meal prep super easy; a wet bar and separate coffee bar and, yes...COMFORTABLE beds for a great nights sleep. The booking and house keeping was perfect. This is a great location and we will be back!

This place was FABULOUS!!! The owners really made you feel at home. So much space, beds were extremely comfortable and the hot tub/fire pit was such a nice space to hang out. Proximity to the mountain is perfect for any ski trip. Definitely will be back and highly recommend!

This is BY FAR our favorite house in Newry! The owners put a lot of care into making sure our visit was just perfect. So many amenities (adults loved the coffee & spirits bars) and the kids loved the game room and roasting marshmallows by the fire pit. Plenty of space for multiple families. We even took advantage of the “Hire a Chef” option and had a great meal last night of our visit. Whether you ski, golf or just want to tube with a drink in your hand down the Androscoggin River this house is in the perfect location. We’ve already booked our next visit!

This house is EVERYTHING we could have asked for and more! They accommodated all of our needs from the fully stocked kitchen, wet bar and coffee bar to toiletries in every bathroom. The kids were entertained the whole trip with all of the available games, puzzles and their favorite…the s’more bar and fire pit. It was just a short 4 minute drive to our favorite mountain, Sunday River. The mud room had spots for all of our ski gear including boot dryers. The best part of our day was soaking in the hot tub, fire and family dinner at the large dining room table. We cannot wait to come back to the Chalet 76!

Chalet 76 is an incredible spot for a weekend get away or a week-long vacation every season of the year. The house is 10 minutes from Sunday River. It was well equipped with everything your kitchen could need, games and plenty of space for everyone to gather. Would absolutely recommend to everyone!

Great place for a family or friends get away. Spacious layout, comfortable and very well maintained. The area offers great skiing for all levels of skiers in the winter and scenic golf courses, water activities and shopping in the summer.
