University Edge

From my experience, choosing to reside at the University Edge Apartment has proven to be one of the most gratifying decisions I made since arriving in the States. From the shuttle service operated by Sharon and Houssan to the exceptional top management team comprising of Jackie, Alejandra, and KC, along with the maintenance team, collectively they have been phenomenal in their deliveries. The maintenance team exhibits remarkable swiftness in their response times, and they get the job done.

Alejandra stands out as a beautiful soul, demonstrating excellence in the way she discharges her duties and relates with people. Interestingly, the environment is very neat as well, and the apartment was fully cleaned and ready as promised before move-in day. In addition, I am blessed to have the best and understanding flatmates (friends and brothers). Overall, the management at UEdge has so far kept to their terms of service and has equally met and exceeded my expectations. As a result, I am delighted to be residing here, and I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking accommodation in this vicinity.

I have lived in a number of apt buildings in the US. This apt complex has the best maintenance team, Leo, Joe (2 Joes) andBrain.
UE should do everything it can to keep this team. 1/18/24, It's impossible to say anything negative about the Maintenance team here at UE. Again, UE, Redstone and the unknown iowner?(s) of UE should bend over backwards to keep these 4 guys, (names mentioned above(above.)

Many thanks to the shuttle driver Sharon. She is the best shuttle driver I have ever met. It would be convenient for commute between school and apartment.

It is a great place to live! The staff is really nice, friendly and helpful and organized and will help you with the process. They have a shuttle bus that can take you to school so you don’t have to worry about transportation. The apartments are really modern and in a great condition! Would advice to live here if you are looking to live in South Bend. It also has a gym, pool area, and lounge that are 24/7 accessible to the residents which is great deal! I’m very happy to have lived here two years in a row. I really recommend this place!

Great place to live! All the workers here are cheerful and friendly. Maintenance acts quickly and effectively to fix any problems that I have. The pool is a great place to relax after a nice workout in the fitness center. Would highly recommend to anyone (not just students!).

I spent three years at University Edge ND and have zero complaints. The staff is great, and so are the apartments. The 24hr gym is also a huge bonus. The shuttle is also useful. In the rare case that it isn't running, the staff is attentive towards finding a way for you to get to campus. However, the location is great either way, so it is just a 10 min. bike ride to campus. Lastly, they have a lot of cool events throughout the week, such as free food friday. Highly recommend.

This location recently changed management and since then, I’ve seen numerous improvements! The new staff is extremely friendly and goes out of their way to make your life easier. Drew, Joi, and Kim have actually become good friends of mine (which is a stark contrast from the old staff). The administration has taken steps to improve billing transparency with the hope of bucking the shady reputation of previous ownership. I was considering my options elsewhere before the new policies were implemented, but after seeing the swift changes, I decided the renew my lease. I’m excited to see University Edge continue to move in the right direction!!!

With new Management at University Edge, I am very pleased to say that they have greatly improved. I lived here last year with previous management and decided to re-sign my lease due to convenience. The spaces are brand new, furnished, and very close to Notre Dame. However this year I was pleasantly surprised with how the front office handles everything, especially the lease consultant Kim - she's wonderful and gets to know residents by their name. She also tries her best to get your issues resolved. Thank you University Edge!

I have been living here for a year in 2b2b. It has a big bed room and fully furnished. The front desk always gives a quick and helpful feedback when I ask for help. Nice place!

Alaa at the leasing office is amazing! She always goes the extra mile to help out the residents, plans fun events around the office, and makes Edge a great place to live. Always super kind and helpfu!

Great place for my daughter to live while she's attending Notre Dame. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I love the shuttle bus anemity. It is convenient for my daughter to get to campus and back instead of driving. Sabrina, the shuttle bus driver, is so friendly and such a safe driver.

University Edge is one of the best apartment to live in South Bend. The amenities are so nice, including a gym, a pool, a place to have BBQ, a public room with many TVs, a poker table, a table tennis table, big sofas, and a long table for study or just have fun. The maintenance service are also so great that officers from there will fix your problem fast and perfectly with no extra cost. Officers in the office are nice, too. Drew is one of the best officers that will always answer my questions patiently. Besides, I think the most convenient service for those who do not have a car is the shuttle service. It is so nice to have it so that I do not have to spend much on Uber or Lyft. I think the only drawback from when I started to live here is that there is no shuttle service at late night. Sometimes I will study till 10 or even later, and I have to take an Uber back home. But I can understand why there is no late shuttle since no one can drive so long time. However, i still want to suggest if it is possible to set up a paid shuttle at late night by residence poll by email or something like that. I think late shuttle can be very helpful for most of the students especially when close to the exam weeks. Well, to sum up, I will definitely recommend my friends to live here, even if they have no car. If a person has car, I think UE is the best place to live around Notre Dame!

University Edge is a great place to live for the price in the South Bend area. They host great events in the club house and are always more than willing to help out in the office. I would recommend students to live here as they have great amenities including a pool, computer lab, gym, tanning, study/lounge/tv space and a shuttle that looks the tri-college campuses. In addition, rooms and spaces are great. I have loved having my own personal bathroom and walk in closet. The only downside to living here is that the office closes kind of early if you are on campus all day and the pool is only open for a couple weeks during the school calendar

Awesome complex!! Great value for your money in the surrounding university area. Apartments include furniture, wi-fi, cable, microwave, washer/dryer and utilities included in rent. Our daughter has been there over two years and we feel she is in a very safe community. There is even a local police officer that resides in the complex. The apartments are only a few years old. I highly recommend this apartment complex for incoming students. Love it!! Call Kim and she will help you find the perfect place.

I came in to tour the other day and WOW! Kim was so sweet and respectful and the apartments were in pretty great condition. I liked how close they are to the school. They have a huge entertainment area with pool tables, poker tables, and big screen tv's. Can't wait to bring my parents back with me to look at it!

Everyone was friendly and welcoming from the time I stepped foot in the door for my tour. Katelynn and John has been two of my main people of contact and they have been very helpful with answering any questions I have. I can’t wait to take a hard hat tour soon and to move in. The place looks awesome already.

A really wonderful place to live in. Tidy and cozy. Convenient free shuttle. And the staffs are very nice. They even provide me with an extra desk in my room. I will recommend this place to everyone.

Dan from maintenance fixed something in my shower literally the morning after I submitted the request and made sure it was clean on top of fixing it! This made my day when I got back! 5 stars for Dan and the maintenance crew.
