Staff needs to put down their cell phones while waiting on customers. Also why is it every time I go there your staff is outside smoking and talking on their phones. It feels like I'm interpreting them.

The owner of this gas station does not care about how the building looks or how clean it is. The bathrooms are terrible and falling apart.
