Pinnacle Emporium Buchanan

Today was my very first experience in a dispensary. Joel at the front desk, and the desk has the front bumper of a car built into it, was super friendly. The waiting room was relaxing with lots of reading material. When we were called into the dispensary, Taylor was our budtender and she was AWESOME! Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It felt like I had known her for years. We definitely recommend Pinnacle! You will NOT be disappointed! Thank you Joel and Taylor, for a most wonderful experience. We hope to see you both again soon!

Was helped right away at the desk. Told them I was a first timer and a medical patient. He got my stuff done quickly while making sure I signed up for the points system and explained the process of being a medical patient versus a recreational person.
The staff member Joel who helped me was a fantastic help and even recommend some things for me based off our conversation. Walked away very pleased and satisfied. Going back next time I need something instead of somewhere else

Lots to pick from and great choices! Curbside pick up is always a plus! I bought the best pre-roll I've had in my 28 year old life, strain adios MF.
Super friendly staff and helpful as well! I recommend trying out all the dispensaries in Buchanan! All offer different items, all friendly staff. Anything you buy from MI is gonna be good 😊 But make sure you for sure stop at The Pinnacle!

Michael was a great bud tender (and artist)! We had a nice conversation and quickly was able to grab everything for my order.

Lots of people were waiting in the lobby here but they offered reciprocity for my Illinois license and was able to go back straight away and pick out my purchases.

I always have a great experience when I come here. Today was another one. One of my favorite budtenders named Mike took good care of me today. And a special shout-out to the birthday girl today. She's a great budtender too!

Abbie K said the chili Verde, full gram concentrate from five star was amazing, and she was right. Had a great combo, it was super excited to get home and try it, definitely a new favorite strain! Thank you so much Abbie!!!! ♥♥♥

Very pleasurable experience. Real nice guy. Our communication was great. He was very knowledgeable as well as helpful when it came to guiding me to what I'd most likely enjoy, and I did. Can't wait to go back. It's a wonderful environment.

My go to spot for the best deals and the best flowers. Staff is always friendly, I’m starting to think about moving to Buchanan just to be closer to this place. Even a long wait is still a good time.

We stopped in for the first time yesterday. Was busy, so there was a wait. Lady at front desk was very nice explaining the wait. Were called in and Taylor was our person to help. Very knowledgeable, helpful, not rushing, kept showing and letting us smell the product to make sure we liked what we bought. Prices were reasonable and there were a few discounted items that she advised of. Plus a veteran discount on top. Will definitely come your way again!

Me and my boyfriend just came to this dispensary to check it out as it’s a little closer to home and we have made this our go to dispensary. Our cashier Joel C was outstanding! My first time at a dispensary in Michigan and was definitely a wonderful experience. Joel up front was very friendly and welcoming. Our bud tender, Taylor, was extremely knowledgeable, quick, and tried to get us the best deals possible. We will definitely be returning and recommending to all of our friends! Michael broke down the science for me and even figured out why I couldn't roll a good joint with a filter- straight filter not a cone shade.

This is and has been my go to spot since they opened this buccanhen store!!! Great prices awesome quality and they're always getting new products all the time to try!!!
