This place has amazing water pressure and super fluffy pillows. We've stayed many times and will many more. Owners are friendly and accommodating. Close to many outdoor activities without the waterfront price. I wouldn't recommend it to anybody looking for a fancy place, but, I do recommend it to my friends :)

Husband and I stayed on a Tuesday and loved that most people come on the weekends. Room was cozy and clean. Had a little campfire in the evening. Great place and would recommend

This was our first weekend staying at the motel. I wasn’t sure what to expect but we were instantly pleased. The check-in was quick and easy and the staff was available even when we arrived around 9pm. When we walked in the room, it was clean, smelled great and everything was in working order. The room was warm and had a fridge, satellite TV and WiFi. I am very impressed and we will definitely be staying again soon.

This is a great cozy little motel. I’ve been here at least 3-4 times over the years and the owners are great. Made sure the heat was turned up so it’s nice and warm when I arrived The shower has a nice strong spray and plenty of hot water! Very well kept up !!

The rooms were very clean and the beds were closed comfortable. We also enjoyed the fire pit and having the gas grill available. And you can ride your atv's straight from the room to the trails. Leota mini mart right across the street and the bar right down the street serves good breakfast lunch and dinner.

This Motel and the staff are so completely amazing and wonderful. My stay was a very last minute emergency. The room was very nice and the pillows and bed were so comfy. My youngest brother passed away that day and when I checked in they handed me a white envelope with what I assumed was a customer satisfaction card. It wasn't. It was a from them expressing their sympathy and prayers . I was so overwhelmed that day and these people showed me how truly amazing are. Thank you never will be enough for me to say to them. The area is beautiful there. I can definitely say I will be back. Thank you again for the kindness you gave me. 5 stars just doesn't seem enough

Nice clean rooms with all the amenities. Great location, close to gas station, restaurant, ORV trail head and snowmobile trail.

Owners are awesome!

For a motel in the middle of no where, it just doesn't get any better!

Thanks Tracey and Ray

I can't say enough how very friendly helpful and knowledgeable the owners are and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. There is a pretty good stocked gas station right across the street with the biggest best homemade cinnamon rolls Yummy and there is a great bar/restaurant just down the road.

My wife and I stayed at the Leota Lodge Motel in July 2018. The management and staff are wonderful, friendly people. The room was clean and cozy and had everything we needed (mini fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, cookwear, etc). The motel is conveinantly located right next to the state land riding trails, a gas station/party store and a pub with great food. The scenery is absolutely gorgeous. A rustic weekend away to recharge your battery!!!!!

This place rocks, I went there to go trail riding on my bike last weekend. Not much better than this place, the owners are helpful and theres a gas station and bar/grill within walking distance. This place is the perfect location, right on the trails.

We also had a complete downpour overnight and the owners had a spot where we could keep our dirtbikes covered from the rain.

10/10

Most of my family lives in Harrison, those that don't, stay here when they visit as well. I've always thought the draw of the place was the price, location maybe, and for sure the giant homemade cinnamon rolls!!! Those things are so sinfully yummy! The place that sells those, they are actually sold at the gas station mart across the road; no affiliation to the motel. Based on family reviews, we decided to try this place, the motel not the gas station mart (that was tomorrow morning). We're so glad we stayed. We were here for the first time, in August of 2019; we had a family reunion, so we would be there a couple days. No problem. Very friendly, helpful, professional with a friendly nature. The second time we stayed here, was November of 2019 for hunting and visiting, especially with my aunt, who is not doing well at all. Tracy, the owner, remembered enough of us to know why we were in town last and that my boyfriend had said he would be back for hunting season. They saved us a room! We had a hard time getting in touch with someone to make sure they had a room available still. Turns out, we had some old way of getting ahold of them. Once I got the right info, along with Tracy's cell number, I programmed them in, making sure to remember Tracy. Well, this was our third visit. My honey went to check in, when he came back, he said "she remembered us!". She, Tracy, remembered that my aunt was sick and asked about her. When we got in the room I noticed a new addition to the room, a coffee pot! I'm a HUGE coffee drinker, 24/7, no b.s. Tracy remembered that too! She put a coffee pot in our room so I would always have my coffee! A woman after my heart! Swoon! Beautiful new comforter on the bed too, one of my favorite colors! 2 fluffy pillows, a drop leaf table for dining, games, etc., a TV with cable and WiFi, a ceiling fan, and in room AC/heat units. Your basic room really, but definitely not your basic service! We had a family crisis of sorts, that meant we needed to leave ASAP, but we had not only already paid for the next day, it was past checkout time by an hour or two. My honey went to talk with Tracy, explained the situation, and apologized profusely for having to shorten our stay so abruptly. We expected nothing back because this is a business, if we did get a break of any kind, well that was just a beautiful bonus blessing to us. Tracy was completely understanding, she worked with us and made a comment about staying there again on our next trip. What you did for us Tracy, was more than we could have asked for or bargained for. This is our home away from, we will always keep going back! Tracy, you went above and beyond for us! Theres so much more I could tell about how good you were to us. We appreciate you so very much, thank you!

Fantastic place to stay when hitting the trails in Leota. Had to cut our trip short due to mechanical problems with a quad, but are planning a return trip in the next couple of weeks. Friendly staff, clean rooms, free Wi-Fi, small store across the street, and a great pub just south of the motel. (try the Leota burger) I would absolutely recommend this place.

ATV/ORV enthusiasts, this is a perfect lodging solution for any ORV/ATV hobbiest. Im certain there are several other reasons to stay here because it is very quiet, clean, and reasonable prices. Very nice owners, and everything you need with a great bar with awesome food right down the road, and gas and snacks right across the street -- All this in the middle of No-Where = Perfect!
