Clare was great she helped me so much. I felt very comfortable there unlike the other stores that judge you right off the bat. Will definitely be going back.

Clare was wonderful! I had been eyeing some shoes online and they didn't have my size in store so she got them for me within a week and was communicative about scheduling a time for me to come try them. Was very pleased with her service.

Service is amazing whenever I go! Incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I usually walk out with something, but these SAs have never been pushy with other customers who walk out with nothing or just want to look or try on. I wish they had more of a men’s shoe section though.

Beautiful store. Impeccably organized and decorated and pristine. A lot of options available for shoes and purses. Staff is helpful and friendly.

I absolutely loved the staff here, they were instantly welcoming and wanting to help with whatever we needed. I didn’t catch the name of the woman who was helping me but she was great and made it an amazing experience.

Jimmy Choo in Copley Place is probably the best place you can go for bridal shoe shopping. Clare was extraordinarily helpful and kind. Always ask for her if you appreciate a special treatment when getting ready for your special day.

Friendly staff! Found what I was looking for.

Sales staff seemed bored, not really helping my wife with recommendations on fit and sizing. Found a pair of shoes she really liked that wasn't carried in other stores, so she decided to buy them despite the sales staff. Once we said the magic word "we'll take these", smiles appeared all around, another staff member offered water, and from that point it was 5 star treatment. Won't buy Choo's from this store again.

Barely any men’s selections available at this location mostly cater to women. The gentleman that was there actually greeted AND asked me for assistance so the service was good. He even attempted to help me locate an item I had eying on their website. I didn’t hold him up to that and decided to keep looking elsewhere.

☹ I had the worst experience ever with Jimmy Choo.

They tried to sell my friend a pair of shoes when no size is available, and try to ship to my friend. My friend tried the shoes at home and the shoes don’t look good, she decide to return it. But RETURN IS NOT ACCEPTED.

They didn’t tell us the return policy when they lured us for shipping. (One small thing is that they say shipping is not free and only when we asked, they say it is free. If it’s free, why did they take advantage us of not asking for free shipping?) When we come back to the store, they insist they told us the return policy. Ridiculous. We called their NY customer service and they say no.

It’s just a scam. Why not steal all my money???
