Carr's Bar N' Grill

Great small town bar - one of our favorites! My husband and I split nachos and The Gambler - a cook's choice type of burger, never the same. It was so good, nicely cooked and came with a steak on top!

Can we talk about the Stewartville Area Community Foundation's Toast & Taste 2024? The food provided by Carr's Bar & Grill was nothing short of AMAZING! We received so many compliments and are grateful for the service from Bob, Angela & Staff. It certainly made our fundraiser a success!

Great service and food. Two of us got "The Gambler" burger. It's the Chef's choice to make whatever. All I asked was to make it rare. Both were completely different creations. Cooked perfectly and wow was it awesome.

This is one of SE MN's hidden gems. We went to support a local VFW Aux meat raffle that they promote on Sundays and heard the burgers were good. The burgers are not good, but GREAT. The burger patties are made fresh each day and the flavor really stands out. I rate them above Newts in Rochester. An added plus is the waffle fries. As a Coke connoisseur, I give their fountain Coke a 9. I need to go back and try other food on the menu but the burgers are amaziglng.

I just love this place! The people that run it Bob and Angie are absolutely top-notch. This place is a gem, so thankful they are in our community !

Real good food and service. The staff was always aware of their customers and was always helping all their customers. Great customer service. Beer was cold and food was hot.

I am always impressed when I go into the Bar N Grill. The burgers are FANTASTIC! I always get exactly what I ordered and their food remains consistent.

Burgers are always good,worth the drive

Couldn't tell you the last time I had such a giant, juicy burger perfectly cooked for a very good price. The fries were delicious as well and the service was speedy. They were even careful about not letting the pickle slices get the other food soggy! I will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone in the area.

Fantastic service gave me the most refreshing drink the bee sting before. I need to get some work done at home for lunch. Try it refreshing. Never disappointing!

If you're not from around these parts you may get a little look when you walk in the door from absolutely everybody! but the food is great! appetizer samplers and burgers in and out the door in well under an hour. The burger with a fried egg on it is absolutely awesome. If you get the sampler it comes with fries and you can just get the kettle chips with the burger which are also very good.

We ordered food on a Friday night, when we got home and started eating we noticed the burgers were under cooked. I ran back to Carrs and told the waitstaff. Within 10 mins I had fresh cooked food and gift certificates to cover the cost of our meal. As a person who worked as a short order cook for many years I understand mistakes happen and I was very impressed on how the waitstaff and owner handled the situation. I will definitely be back. A side note, as a person that lives in Racine, I am very proud to have this place in the town I live.

This looks maybe slightly iffy on the outside but completely delicious and lovely service, make sure to stop.

I just stopped for a place to use the bathroom and ended up staying for a beer, then for a burger, and a bit of the football game. The parking lot was packed. I had an initial laugh because the old shelter structure where what used to be gas pumps still stood. Why tear that down? I wouldn't!
I was there for all day Happy Hour prices- $3 for a tall Shock Top? I was sad to decline another, needed to drive.
But the burger though... Wow. Cooked fresh (no Sam's Club here), still pink in the middle and a fantastic bun. I got a Peanut Butter Bacon Cheeseburger with a side of mayo for my burger and pinksauce making for my tater tots. I ate the whole half pound.
My compliments went to the chef and my excellent server.

Great place to eat! Highly recommend! Food was great and I loved it! Hope to be back. 😋
